Combine harvester CLAAS with tracked chasses evaluation

This work is focused to combine harvester with tracked chasses evaluation. Evaluated combine harvester is Claas Lexion 570 TerraTrac. Size of losses, quality of crushing and spreading of postharvest rests is evaluated at combine harvester. In the next part of this work is humidity influence at size of losses, quality of crushing and spreading of postharvest rests evaluated. Work is filled in for analysis of output, fuel consumption, influence of tracked chasses to output and economic machine evaluation. Size of losses at grains complies agrotechnics conditions, this conditions weren´t complied at harvest of oilseed rape. Influence of humidity to quality of spreading was insignificant and it is around 1%. Fuel consumption ranged from 19,8 to 20,86 l*ha-1. Output of machine ranged from 2,91 to 3,16 ha*hod-1. Combine harvester reached economic losses in first year, which was given by low annual using of machine. The least annual using is 617 ha.
Factors influenced prices of flats

The aim of this bachelors thesis is to evaluate factors which influence the customary price and the administrative price by the market analysis. The literature search includes basic terms and methodology of flat prices evaluation. I have focused on a market analysis in segment. I compared factors in the announcement with factors which influence the customary price. The most important factors are locality, size and disposition, ownership, quality and the equipment of the flat, quality and construction materials of house.
Public Opinion on European Union Membership - April 2013

The system of personal work in selected organization

This thesis deals with the analysis of personnel work in a selected company and proposing improvement measures for any deficiencies. In the theoretical part are analyzed opinions of authors, who deal with the personnel work. Basic structure of personal work used in this thesis is creation and job analysis, personnel planning, recruitment and selection of staff, their evaluation and remuneration, deployment of staff, termination of employment, education and care for workers, relationships with employers and HR information system. In the pracical part is the analyzed company introduced at first, its business activities and history. Then the basic information about employees are meantioned, their number and changes in last five years. Organizational structure is described here too. At the end of the thesis are improvement neasures for some of the personal work.
Financial support in forestry

The objective of this thesis is to analyze the management of the selected company in forestry, determine the current state of drawing subsidies, overview possibility of drawing such aid in forest management in the Czech Republic and specifically in the county where the business is located. Then, based on the collected information to propose possible optimization solutions. In the first part of this work are expertly explains the basic concepts related to the topic. The second part contains the own work and proposal of solution. Economic evaluation was achieved through analysis of annual financial reports and cost calculation. Comparative period in this case, the years 2007 to 2012. Sources of financial support were divided on the resources of the European Union and national sources and described. The conclusion includes a proposal of measures for stability and business continuity.
Motivation and stimulation employees in a particular company

This work was focused on findings and evaluation of real state in the sphere of motivation and stimulation of employees of a company. On the basic of theoretical and practical knowledge, it was to show the faults in the sphere of people management and suggest possible changes for improvement. The theoretical part of the work deals with definitions of basic terms relating to motivation and stimulation. For processing of this thesis I chose Domov pro seniory Máj České Budějovice a semi-budgetary organization. There I made a questionnare research. To obtain a sample of respondents was used a random selection. The purpose of the research was to find out the employees attitude to the problems of motivation and stimulation in this company. At the end of the work there are suggested changes which should contribute to better motivation and stumulation of the employees of the organization.
Evaluation and motivation of employees in the selected company

The main objective of my bachelor work ,,Evaluation and motivation of employees in the selected company? is analyze the present situation and after suggest the possible changes. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on knowledge from the specialized literature. This part decribes the motivation, motivational factors, how to make an evaluate interview, methods of evaluation and other important concepts. The practical part contains the characteristics and history of the enterprise, present motivation program and system of evaluation. Below shows the results of the questionnaire survey. On the basis of these results recommendations are designed to improve for the company.
Monitoring and Evaluation of the Services in Selected Types of Social Sphere

This thesis is focused on monitoring and evaluation of social services. Mentioned issue is not well known to the public, therefore I decided to process this topic. The social sphere is constantly changing and improving and new laws, amendments, regulations and ongoing social reforms come into force. We can say that many changes have taken place in this area of social services especially in the recent years. In the first part of this thesis I tried to outline this issue. This section contains three major subjects such as social services, monitoring and evaluation. Part Two, the research, is devoted to the application of theoretical knowledge from the literature into practice. The first section describes the methodics of the research and outlines the research questions. I chose a qualitative research because according to this topic a direct contact is important and therefore the interviews are better to be personal. It is also important because it gives us closer look at the organizations providing social services. With regard to the group of respondents, I have interviewed respondents in eight institutions. The institutions were chosen according to two criteria, firstly by target groups, i.e. the clients for whom the services are intended as the effort was to encompass the widest possible spectrum, and secondly according to the registered services that they provide in a way to represent all types of social services - social consulting, social services and social prevention services. The results are diverse because of the diversity of services and differences between the target groups. In all organizations the monitoring was carried out. The responses differed in the way of implementation and frequency. In conclusion, I can say from what I have observed, the clients are in good hands. The quality of provided services has increased, as well as their spectrum. In most cases the workers were passionate about their work and they try to bring something new into it. The thesis is underlined with attachments, diagrams and tables. This thesis may be beneficial because in my opinion it explores and outlines this issue.

Selected company has got 35 000 shops, another 3 000 operates with their partners and employ 13 400 employees. In this work are presented as well as suggestions on optimizing existing systems.
Development of new modules for Moodle LMS

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze issues that come with the development of Moodle LMS modules. The theoretical part is devoted to the research of Moodle 2.0 programming framework capabilities, followed by the methodology of creating modules based on this platform. The verification of methodology is provided in the practical part by the development of a specific module, along with the effective installation of Moodle 2.0 LMS and documentation, that describes its functionality, installation procedure, critical points and a test of portability between other versions of this system.
