Types of religiosity of Czech youth

This study examines the religiosity of Czech youth. The theoretical framework delves into the nuances of religiosity, its various types, and the factors that influence its manifestation. It also elucidates the historical underpinnings of secularization in the Czech Republic and provides insight into the contemporary attitudes of Czech youth towards religion. Furthermore, it explores the concept of adolescence, detailing the religious socialization process within families, as well as the prevalence of atheism among Czech youth. The empirical aspect of the research investigates the typologies of religiosity among university students through a qualitative approach involving semi-structured interviews. The findings provide an interpretation of the attitudes of adolescents towards religion and their experiences with the supernatural.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the teaching of religion, the content of the religion class and the relationship between the school and the church, both on a theoretical and practical level. Theoretical part of the thesis deals with the teaching of religion, distinguishes it from catechesis and places it in the legislative framework. It deals with the content of the religion lesson, which forms the basis for the practical part. The practical part of the work is devoted to quantitative research, which examines the ideas of teachers of specific schools about religion lessons, and qualitative research, which was conducted in the form of in-depth interviews.
Dealing with the guilt of persons serving a sentence.

The diploma thesis deals with the ethical topic of guilt and its processing in persons serving a sentence. The paper elaborates with the topic of guilt on a practical and theoretical level. The theoretical framework deals with concepts related to guilt (morality, good, evil, conscience, sin), then presents the concept of guilt and the possibilities of its processing. Based on the description of the theory, the theoretical part formulates questions, which are used in the practical part. It describes three case studies of persons serving a sentence. The research is devoted to their individual perception of guilt and subsequently to ways of coping with it. Special attention is paid to Christianity and its influence on the perception of guilt, as two persons believe in God. Research shows that guilt is a fundamental issue for people in prison, whether it is in its negative or positive manifestations. The research confirms the fundamental theoretical starting point that there is a line from the negative effect of guilt to its positive contribution. As all three convicts confirm, guilt is the path to awareness, acceptance, and finally to the correction. The Narratives about Jesus' Healing of the Deaf and Blind in the Synoptic Gospels

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of healing in the synoptic gospels. Illness and the suffering associated with it is a phenomenon that everyone encounters throughout their lives. We can look at illness and suffering from many different angles, and many scientific disciplines are studying this phenomenon. In my work, attention is focused on the meaning, meaning and perception of the disease from a human and theological point of view. The starting point of the work are excerpts from the synoptic gospels, which deal with the disease and the miraculous healing of the diseases of the human senses. Pericopes are divided according to the types of sensory impairments. Biblical events give us inspiration on how to perceive different life situations in accordance with God's purpose. These are model situations from which we draw lessons and inspiration in our life story. The introduction introduces the concepts of sin, suffering and illness from the perspective of the Old Testament and the New Testament. The next treatise then provides a view of the healing of the sick as a confirmation of the divinity of Jesus and the authenticity of Jesus' teaching. Youth orientation visiting low-threshold facilities for children and young people in relation to values

The thesis deals with the value orientation of adolescents attending low-threshold facilities for children and youth. The theoretical part characterizes the period of adolescence, defines the concept of value and describes the phenomena that influence the formation of values. Furthermore, the theoretical part presents the value orientation of youth in other research and describes low-threshold facilities for children and youth. The practical part contains quantitative research, the main aim of which was to determine the value orientation of adolescents attending low-threshold facilities for children and youth. Other objectives were to find out how young people understand the concepts of religion, faith, God and how they approach the issue of helping others.

Abstract The diploma thesis Landes registers Kardasova Recice of the 17th century is a collection of two books that covers almost a whole century of the life of one town. The books are divided according to the historical division of the city for the Upper and Lower parts in the city. The first part of the thesis was composed from the perspecive financial, property interest, genealogical, onomastic, social, religious or migration issues. Spot given wedding or mortality records. The issue of the position of women or reconstruction of the entry on the example of Kardasova Recice wasn´t negected either. The second part was delimited to the edition in extenso.
The religiosity and reasons of religious direction by students of grammar school within subject religious education

The thesis deals with religiosity and the reasons which determine the religious direction of youth. In the theoretic part, it deals with religiosity, its types and influencing factors. It also characterizes religious socialization and the period of adolescence. Within Czech and German surroundings it describes the religious attitudes of youth and their participation in religious activities. The practical part based on the qualitative research by semi-structured interviews deals with the reasons which lead youth at grammar school to choice and attending religious subject. It interprets the opinions of adolescents concerning religious education subject and the role of religion and faith in their life.

This bachelor thesis deals with the conception of loyalty in Sir Thomas Malory's Le Morte d'Arthur. The objective of this work is to define the abstract term of loyalty and analyse two stories from Le Morte d'Arthur, in which loyalty plays a key role. This thesis also briefly introduces chivalry and personage of legendary king Arthur, due to better understanding and orientation in Malory's book.
Faith in a terminal stage of disease

This work examines faith development of people in the terminal phase of illness. The theoretical part of this work describes faith from the theological point of view and from the perspective of the psychology of religion. It also aims to characterize the meaning of terminal phase and focuses on dying patients. The practical part consists of interviews with dying patients situated in the Hospice of Saint Lazarus in Pilsen. The practical part also describes human approach towatds faith in the last part of their life. It addresses the importance of faith in this uneasy situation.

The work deals with the influence of faith in helping professions focusing on motivation and managing of difficult situations. The author chooses qualitative research design. The research method includes semistructured interviews with social workers or workers in social services in Charity ČR. The christians are represented equally as those, who doesn´t see themselves as inclining to christianity. The work maps theme of motivation in helping professions same as managing of difficult situations. It provides an insight into the possible overlap of faith in helping professions.
