The Study of Optimization of Production Process
Holík, Lukáš ; tesař, Rostislav (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The master thesis: „ The Study of Optimization of Production Process“ focouses on optimization of material flow to manufacturing department. First of all there will be shown theoretical approach corresponding with the thesis area and we will introduce production system and portfolio of products. Subsequently a real project will be analyzed and author will describe deficiencies in this project and system. Thanks to theoretical approach there will be found a different solution how to define new system without deficiencies. In the end the author will make a conclusion of newly found solution

The practical part concentrates on manufacturing management and usage of manufacturing management tools in a chosen company.
Optimization IT engineering SW EPLAN for manufacturing
Ondříček, Adam ; ABB, Ondřej Štikar, (referee) ; Polsterová, Helena (advisor)
The presented work deals with the linking of software product EPLAN Electric P8 with production. The work briefly introduces the problems of computer-aided in manufacturing and control of software EPLAN. The work analyzed the equipment in production and created a solution for linking with output data of the program.
Production logistics
Olej, Tomáš ; Vaněk, Jiří (referee) ; Špinka, Jiří (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with manufacturing and logistic issues of low voltage cabinets produced by ProCS, s.r.o. company. The aim is to design and evaluate manufacturing and assembling process rationalization proposal. The proposal is based on familiarization with technological process of cabinet's manufacturing. Becoming familiar with manufacturing and assembling process of marshalling and system cabinets made it possible to find an opportunity of rationalization through automation of selected assembling processes. Automation of striping and crimping process is possible through suitable crimping machine. Situation before and after rationalization is economically interpreted and evaluated using break even point analysis. Through mentioned rationalization arrangement it is possible to improve manufacturing flexibility, reduce lead times and cut down manufacturing costs.
Proposal for Serial Production of Aluminum Alloy Part
Josefík, Lubomír ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis contains proposal of new large set manufacturing process. There are suggested new holding system, tools, technological process and drawings in thesis. Finally there is calculation of manufacturing process and afterwards deduced the grand cost of main component.
Increasing production effectiveness of recycling blade
Kalenda, Jaromír ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The focus of this thesis is the manufacturing of a waste processing knife from DIN 1.2379 steel. The first part of the thesis defines the man hours required by the current standards and describes the actual man hours used at Pilana Knives s.r.o. The next part deals with the original technical procedures of the manufacturing process. The last part of the thesis proposes and analyses a new and more efficient procedure. The thesis concludes with an assessment of the technical procedures and the total manufacturing cost savings.
Solution technology of machining of part in the conditions of middle company.
Šašinka, Ondřej ; Mouralová, Kateřina (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
Evaluation and comparison of existing process-selected components to a modernized variant, which is focused primarily at reducing engineering time and expansion of production facilities with respect to cooperating companies. First introduced to the company and its scope, after machining, at the end of the technological documentation for the proposed manufacturing process and its evaluation.
Effective use of modern computer supports for management of technological processes
Náchodský, Ladislav ; Chladil, Josef (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the effective use of modern computer supports for management of technological process. There is a special emphasis on the positive and the negative points of using supporting computer systems. It compares the accessible solutions of systems in the standard practice and on the basis of this comparison it offers a suggestion for improving the production efficiency.
SMS Enterprise Premises
Kopřivová, Nikola ; Šuhajdová, Eva (referee) ; Myslín, Jiří (advisor) ; Čuprová, Danuše (advisor)
The building for small and medium business is located on the outskirts of the city of Brno in Modřice. In close proximity there is a shopping center Olympia, Giga Sport and discount furniture. The building is designed as a compact mass, which is divided horizontally into two different sectors of manufacturing industry and administrative offices. The production hall is vertically extends through the first two floors and part of her administration is appropriate in the southern part of the building. In the northern part of the premises is located warehouses and production supply. The third floor is a separate space for administrative purposes with its own entrance from the eastern part. The building meets the standard for low power consumption and a flat roof can be used to store solar collectors for energy and hot water. Each location in the building is wheelchair solved. The facade is divided horizontally by three colors black, gray and white. Window are designed as french windows vertical contrast to the color of the facade. The building offers maximum versatility, functionality and potential jobs
