Design of retaning structure in the Brno- sever district

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of the sheet pile construction of the construction pit of the underground car park of a multifunctional house in Brno and its impact on the adjacent tunnel. The design and assessment of the sheet pile structure is developed on the basis of the results obtained in the GEO5 program. For a more detailed analysis of the impact of the proposed sheet pile structure on the adjacent tunnel, a numerical analysis is performed in the PLAXIS 2D program. As part of this analysis, a study of the influence of the material model (Mohr-Columb, Hardening soil and Hardening soil small) on the change of deformations and internal forces in the tunnel is made. The results of the work show the interaction between the proposed structure and the tunnel.

Analýza mezery DPH

Tato práce se zabývá metodami výpočtu mezery DPH, což je rozdíl mezi teoretickou daňovou povinností k DPH v celé ekonomice a skutečně vybranou akrualizovanou DPH. Mezera DPH je vyjádřena relativně k teoretické daňové povinnosti a je aproximací úrovně daňových úniků. V České republice v letech 2002 až 2010 je kalkulována dvěma metodami. Její hodnota vychází v průměru 16 až 17 % s tím, že v posledních pěti letech se zvyšuje z 11 % na 26 %. Práce dále analyzuje determinanty mezery DPH v členských státech EU v letech 2000 až 2006. Jako hlavní daňové faktory jsou identifikovány podíl výnosů z DPH na celkových daňových příjmech a dále daňová kvóta, které mezeru DPH snižují. Složitost systému vyjádřená počtem sazeb DPH, rozdíl mezi sazbami a počtem otázek položených Soudnímu dvoru EU naopak mezeru DPH zvyšuje. Dalším významným faktorem je index vnímání korupce, jehož vyšší hodnoty (nižší korupce) snižují mezeru DPH.
