Content of this semester work is project of the power switch which is assigned for switching of the power supply in mobile robots. The work contain design of the whole device from the initial proposals of the electro diagrams up to finished product. Further it explains the principle of the function for transistor MOS-FET as a power switch. And it also deals with the parallel connection of the MOS-FET transistors to increase switching power output.
