Studie logistiky opatřování s vazbami na produkční procesy

Předmětem diplomové práce „Studie logistiky opatřování s vazbami na produkční procesy“ je zanalyzovat nynější situaci logistických procesů opatřování, v návaznosti na efektivní odběratelsko-dodavatelské vztahy a procesy nákupu. V teoretické části si představíme zvolený podnik Robe show lighting s.r.o. a jeho předmět podnikání. Seznámíme se s obecnými principy a metodami, které se uplatňují v opatřovací logistice. V praktické části zanalyzujeme současnou situaci procesů objednávání, nákupu, řízení zásob, dopravy a skladování v této firmě a na základě této analýzy navrhneme zlepšení některých procesů, aby bylo dosaženo plynulosti produkčního procesu při optimálních nákladech.

The topic of my dissertation work is The Competition Analysis of company Stroje a Mechanismy, a.s. As the main goal, that I staked, is to gather as many relevant information as possible about the issue, closely analyze the company and compare it with their main competitors. I´ll try to suggest several tips how to improve the situation and how to increase competitiveness based on my competition analysis. I choose this topic, because I think that the one of the most important thing for modern company is to actively checking competitors, assimilate them, and always be a one step ahead, and as a delivery company could be an attractive partner for its customers.

Optimization of Production Processes in a Selected Part of Production

At bachelor thesis, I focused on optimizing production processes at FORTISCHEM, a. s., which is focused on chemical production. I have been optimizing for several production together, on reactors A, B, C, D, E, and F to find out which are extracted to the fullest and vice versa, which could only work seasonally. First, I stated in the theoretical section the basics of the issue and in the analytical section, the economic situation of the company as well as the selected parts of the production, and in the last part carried out a calculation of optimisation with proposals for improvement.

Práce obsahuje teoretický rozbor organizační struktury firmy produkující zemědělské stroje. Dochází k popisu jednotlivých oddělení podniku přes představení výrobního sortimentu až po hlavní výrobní procesy. Praktickou částí je řešení odpadového hospodářství na základě dlouhodobých statistik. Logistika a ekonomická vize jsou uvedeny v závěrečných kapitolách.
