Summary The aim of this dissertation is to demonstrate, analyse and evaluate a case study of post operative physiotherapeutic intervention and management after proximal femoral hemiarthroplasty, in elderly patient. This dissertation which was written and composed by myself is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the special. The first part describes all the anatomical structures of the hip joint including bones, joints, and soft tissue as well as neural and blood supply structures. The theoretical part also analyzes in depth from a biomechanical and kinesiology perspective the function of the hip joint and injury mechanisms in respect to a fracture event or age associated pathologies. The special part is devoted to describe the medical history of my patient together with a detail report which clarifies all the applied procedures including initial and final examinations, daily assessments, therapies, conclusions, and data analysis of...

Odlišnosti v ošetřovatelské péči u pacientů po TEP(totální endoprotéze) a po CCEP(cervikokapitální endoprotéze)

Současný stav V současné době je léčba totální a částečnou endoprotézou velmi častá a učinná, kdy navrátí pacienta zpět do předešlého života bez problémů s pohybem a bolestmi kloubů. Totální endoprotéza (TEP)je chirurgické řešení u pacientů s vadami a onemocněním kloubů, kdy se operativně nahrazují všechny kloubní plochy. Cervikokapitální endoprotéza (CCEP) je chirurgické řešení nejčastěji u pacientů po úrazech kloubů, kdy se operativně nahrazuje jen poškozená část kloubu, ale část, která zůstává původní, musí být plně funkční. Po operaci je velmi důležitá a zásadní znalost sester ošetřovatelké péče o pacienta. Zásadní rozdíl v ošetřovatelské péči je, že u totální endoprotézy se při otáčení pacienta na bok musí dávat mezi nohy abdukční klín, aby nedošlo k rotaci končetiny, zatímco u cervikokapitální endoprotézy se dávat klín pacientovi nemusí a smí se otáčet na bok. Pokud nebudou dodržovány zásady ošetřovatelské péče hrozí poškození pacienta. Cíl: Cíl I. Zjistit, zda sestry na ortopedickém a traumatologickém oddělení znají rozdíl v ošetřovatelské péči o pacienta po TEP a CCEP. Cíl II. Zjistit, zda sestry na ortopedickém a traumatologickém oddělení dodržují rozdíly v ošetřovatelské péči o pacienta po TEP a CCEP. Hypotéza: Hypotéza I. Sestry z ortopedického a traumatologického oddělení znají rozdíl v ošetřovatelské péči o pacienta po TEP a CCEP. Hypotéza II. Sestry z ortopedického a traumatologického oddělení dodržují rozdíly v ošetřovatelské péči o pacienta po TEP a CCEP. Metodika: Metoda dotazování, technika dotazníku, šetření bude doplněno technikou zúčastněného skrytého pozorování. Druh výzkumu: kvantitativní, kvalitativní Výzkumný vzorek: Sestry na ortopedickém, traumatologickém, chirurgickém oddělení, JIP nemocnice České Budějovice, Nové Město na Moravě, Prachatice. Doporučení pro praxi: Seznámit sestry na seminářích s výsledky šetření a tím zkvalitnit ošetřovatelskou péči u pacientů po TEP(totální endoprotéze) a CCEP(cervikokapitlní endoprotéze).
