Development and Application of an Innovation Scorecard System to Measure the Success of Innovation in Red Hat

This thesis presents the design and implementation of a control system known as Innovation Scorecard that was introduced and implemented within Red Hat Czech s.r.o. to improve the company’s current modus operandi, with particular emphasis on improving software development and implementation processes. The main focus of this research has been on measuring how successful any suggested innovative way of working has been. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part contains basic knowledge that is important for understanding the particular topic of the research. The second part introduces the company and provides an understanding of the internal processes and systems in operation within the company. The third part contains associated proposals how to improve the internal processes. This is analysis-based with the main focus on how the company currently operates.

Návrh infrastruktury pro testování React komponent

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou testování webových aplikací napsaných v jazyce React.js (Typescript) a metodami efektivní organizace udrži-telné testovací infrastruktury v zadaných podmínkách. Části práce popisují jak formální teoretické přístupy k řešení problémů tak i neformální praktické. Zámě-rem práce je kromě toho zvýšení povědomí o procesu testování – popis výhod správně testovaných produktů lze taky najít v pasážích práce. Výstupem teoretické části je obecnější doporučení v podobě schématu a popisu sekvence kroků nápo-mocných při provádění testovacích aktivit. Praktický přínos této práce spočívá v zřízení testovací infrastruktury pro konkrétní firmu-zadavatele přizpůsobením univerzálního postupu jejím potřebám a stavu.

Analýza procesu získávání a výběru obchodních poradců v pojišťovací společnosti

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku získávání a výběru pracovníků na pozici obchodního poradce na pobočce v nejmenované pojišťovací společnosti. Tato pozice je charakteristická často se opakující poptávkou po náboru nových pracovníků, čímž jsou zvyšovány nároky na efektivitu procesu získávání a výběru vhodných uchazečů. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit aktuální efektivitu dílčích kroků procesu a na základě odhalených neefektivních míst stanovit soubor doporučení, která by mohla napomoci zvýšit efektivitu celého procesu.
