This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of static transport in the town of Nové Zámky. The subject of this work is the analysis of static transport in the city. The city was divided into individual logical zones. Shortcomings were identified in the analytical part of the existing situation, an evaluation was made, a SWOT analysis was made, comparisons with other cities were made, and based on these aspects, adequate solutions were proposed in the design part. The proposed solutions are designed to contribute to an overall better situation in the city, not just in the field of static transport.

Analysis and optimization of cycling transport in Bratislava

The bachelor's thesis analyzes the current situation of bicycle transport in the city of Bratislava, especially with regard to achieving safety and comfort when using a bicycle as a means of transport. The work emphasizes bicycle transport as a driving force for sustainable mobility and a healthy, prosperous society. The analysis shows that quality cycling infrastructure can help the city of Bratislava with growing traffic problems and polluted air. The theoretical part contains information on how to increase the safety of bicycle transport and how to calm urban transport in favor of bicycle transport. The analytical part evaluates the current state, critical points and describes the areas with contra-flow cycling. The practical part optimizes the existing cycling routes with the priority of safely segregating cyclists from the rest of the traffic in accordance with the spatial possibilities.

Nové brněnské hlavní nádraží a jeho veřejná prostranství

Tématem diplomové práce je návrh nového brněnského hlavního nádraží v poloze „U řeky“ (Ac), která byla vybrána z několika variant přestavby Železničního uzlu Brno (ŽUB). Cílem této práce je vytvoření architektonické a urbanistické koncepce, jejíž funkce bude důležitým přínosem pro rozvoj města Brna, zlepšení dopravní situace a komfort široké veřejnosti či obyvatel nové přiléhající čtvrti Trnitá. Řešené území se nachází v katastrálním území Komárov, Štýřice a Trnitá. Výšková dominanta je zde zastoupena budovou Europointu (115 metrů). Je umístěna v ose nového bulváru, na jehož druhém konci spatříme malebný Petrov. Přiléhá k němu hlavní vstupní prosklená hala. V přednádraží jsou umístěny stavby veřejné vybavenosti. Severně od Europointu je to menší objekt s funkcí start-upových dílen a kanceláří. Směrem k řece pak přednádražní náměstí a terminál MHD. Poslední stavba je hotel s volnočasovými aktivitami, zájmovými kroužky. Ukončení přednádražního prostoru u řeky je navrženo parkovou úpravou. Důležité je napojení na cyklostezku vedoucí podél řeky. Řeka je v tomto místě rozšířena a je do ní vložen menší přístupný ostrůvek. Nové drážní těleso je určeno závazným podkladem SŽDC, které obsahuje kolejiště na náspech a na mostní konstrukci v úrovní 7,1 metru nad úrovní okolního terénu. Řešená část je ohraničena dvěma náspy, které budou pravděpodobně vytvořeny jako masivní železobetonové stěny. Mostní konstrukce ležící mezi těmito náspy má rozměry přibližně 154x368 metrů, což odpovídá ploše 8 fotbalových hřišť. Mostovka bude vynesena na sloupech o daném rastru. Základním principem v návrhu nového hlavního nádraží je jednoduchost, čitelnost a funkčnost. Zastřešení vlakových nástupišť, tj. veškeré konstrukce nad úrovní kolejiště, jsou důležitou součástí a vytvářejí dominantu okolí, poznávací bod a do jisté míry mění i panorama města. Můj návrh je ovlivněn v blízkosti protékající řekou Svratkou a dostatečným množstvím zeleně.
