Excalibur System - SSO Implementation

The ultimate goal of the Excalibur system is to move all authentication away from passwords, to the passwordless future. The aim of this thesis is the integration of the Excalibur system with web-based, password-free protocols SAML and FIDO. SAML standard was integrated into the Excalibur system and successfully tested on multiple major applications. Excalibur is responsible for authentication and user management, and SAML is used to transfer authentication data to third-party applications. FIDO, on the other hand, is a complete authentication standard, which can be integrated into the Excalibur system in several ways. The most promising way seems to be replacing the Excalibur authentication mechanism with FIDO2, but weak standard support and missing features do not allow it, for now.

Konfigurace SSO ve vnitropodnikové síti proti Active Directory

Tato práce pojednává o konfiguraci a integraci Single Sign On proti Active Directory, která slouží jako autorizace do webových aplikací vyvinutých společností Ifield Computer Consultancy Ltd. pro Řízení letového provozu na území České republiky. Součástí práce jsou výsledky provedeného testování výkonu těchto dvou implementací ke dvěma různým aplikacím. K napsání teoretické části jsem používal odbornou literaturu. K některým nástrojům, jmenovitě k aplikaci Scimark a JMeter se toho v tištěné podobě nedá moc dohledat, takže i proto jsem využíval internetové zdroje. Hlavním přínosem této diplomové práce je výsledek testování porovnání dvou různých implementací Single Sign On tvořené pomocí protokolů NTLMv2 a SPNEGO/Kerberos.
