	Nelineární regrese v programu R Dolák, Martin ; Malá, Ivana (vedoucí práce) ; Bašta, Milan (oponent) Diplomová práce se zabývá řešením nelineárních regresních úloh pomocí programu R. Úvodní teoretická část práce je věnována vymezení pojmů a seznámení se s principem řešení nelineárních regresních modelů a jejich aplikací v programu R. Jak v teoretické, tak v praktické části práce jsou prezentovány nejznámější používané derivační algoritmy, zejména Gaussův-Newtonův a algoritmus největšího spádu pro odhad parametrů v nelineární regresi. V praktické části jsou dále ukázky řešení některých konkrétních úloh pomocí nelineárních regresních metod. Práce v obou částech obsahuje pro lepší názornost velké množství autorem zpracovaných grafů.
