Proposal of an Effective Preparatory Programme for International Assignments in Albania

The main aim of this master's thesis is to propose an effective preparation for international assignments in companies operating in the Republic of Albania. In order to achieve this main aim, the author will fulfill following partial objectives. Initially, theoretical background of the examined issue and related reseach are investigated in a theoretical part. The aim of an analytical part is to conduct a questionnaire survey among expatriates, who currently work or worked in Albania and to analyse its results.

The aim of this master’s thesis is to describe Chinese culture and customs to expatriates or readers, which are going to be integrated into the Chinese business environment, as well as to propose an effective preparation concept for international assignments in China. In order to fulfil this aim, the author of this paper use a combination of relevant theoretical frameworks and personal interviews with top managers of companies involved in a trade with China or cooperate with Chinese production facilities.

Styly řízení zahraničních manažerů v České republice

Prace se zabývá rozdíly v řízení německých a českých vedoucích pracovníků. Hlavním cílem je zaměřit se na působení německých expatriotů v českých firmách, jejich problémy při vedení zaměstnanců, komunikace s nimi a prosazování firemní kultury mateřské společnosti ve společnosti dceřiné. Teroretická část uvádí do problematiky expatriotů, jejich působení, odměňování, trénink a repatriace.
