The diploma thesis discourses Improvement Suggestion in the Firm of Motivation System. The thesis consists of two substructures. The theoretical part focuses on work motivation and remuneration of employees. The practical part includes the analysis of motivation system , the results of empirical investigation and the idea of new system.

This thesis examines the remuneration system in the company. The aim is to characterize the instruments used to evaluate employees and suggest possible changes. The theoretical part explains important terminology, which is then used in the practical part. The practical part deals with the characteristics of enterprise, description of specific remuneration system and the questionnaire survey of employees. Employees were given a questionnaire with ten questions. Most employees were friendly and willing to fill in the questionnaires. The questionnaire contains questions focused on job satisfaction of employees. Another aim is to determine whether employees are adequately informed of all the instruments used in rewarding system of this enterprise. The thesis concludes with suggestions and recommendations for improving the remuneration system in the company X. Company wishes to remain anonymous.

Master´s thesis is focused on the system of employees´ remuneration in the organization. This system is analyzed on the basis of total reward concept, which is described in the theoretical part. Main aim of the thesis is to give suggestions for optimization of current remuneration system or create new system of remuneration, which increases employees´ motivation and performance. This aim is fulfilled based on the internal data analysis, interview with managers and survey. Current remuneration system in the organization provides possibilities for improvement, especially within payroll system and areas of employees´ development and education.
Employee remuneration in a company

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to assess the employee remuneration in a particular company. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to remuneration system, total reward and to the wage system as well. In the part of practical application of the theory the analysis of the current situation has been made. This part also includes research of employee opinion on the current remuneration, which was implemented by usage of questionnaires. Strengths and weaknesses of the company remuneration system were found by analysing of the results of questionnaires. It was found out that the company suitably uses the concept of total reward and that the system is clearly defined, in spite of that there are some flaws in it. These flaws are then reflected on the satisfaction of employees and it negatively shows on their motivation as well. To reach some improvement of the current situation, it would be necessary to implement suggested formulation and optimization.
Remuneration system in the sphere of leisure

This thesis deals with the remuneration system in the sphere of leisure. The theoretical part deals with the motivation of employees, description of motivational theories and their authors. It also describes both of systems remuneration, financial and non-financial form. An important part is employee benefits and various classification, implementation and realization. Consequently are some possibilities of evaluation of employees and their work. The final chapter of the theoretical part focus on remuneration system applied in leisure organizations, which also includes compensation for volunteers. The practical part contains the description and comparison of two organizations. First is the civic association M-tes and second is Silesian Youth Center ? home of children and youth. Empirical research is focused on motivational strategies, remuneration systems, evaluation and implementation of employee benefits. Consequently are offered changes and recommendations.

Content of work is to analyze the motivation of staff and their pay in a hotel XY based in the South Region. Task is the analysis of the motivational factors, and pay system for workers and their use in current practice, including proposed changes in the remuneration system.

The thesis called "Analysis of the Remuneration System used in ČESKÁ POŠTA (Czech Post Office) with emphasis on Workers' Motivation" deals with an analysis of the existing remuneration system at greatest employer of the Czech Republic -- Česká pošta s. p. (Czech Postal Service, a state company). The thesis contains an elementary theoretical treatise on the employees' remuneration and motivation system issue with a focus on work motivation of employees. In the practical part hereof the present remuneration system at the Czech Postal Service has been analysed, and making use of the results of an empirical survey among a selected sample of the employees, the thesis has assessed the functionality and effectiveness of remuneration. In the final part, on the basis of all the ascertained facts the author has suggested some partial changes leading to a better efficaciousness of the remuneration system at Česká pošta s. p.

The purpose of this thesis was to make an analysis of remuneration system and motivation factors in chosen company. The text outlines the basic information about this company, as well as its history and organisational structures. Further, the text contains an analysis of remuneration system and provisions of benefits in the company. At the end of the text, the theoretical knowledge gained from the literature is compared with the recognized information from the analysis and also contains an evaluation as well as a proposal for resolving absences in the system of remuneration, motivation and care of employees. The proposal was compiled to support better competitive advantage of the company on the labour market.

Next it was carried out the indexation of wage imcrease in the company and in the region in the same date. Next informations for analysis of motivation factors were prosper from questionnaire.From the analysis was made out, that in the company Tagrea, a.s. is remuneration system elaborated and the care of employees too.
