Využití počítače při optickém měření nárůstu pneumatik během volné rotace
Bartoněk, L. ; Keprt, Jiří
The presented method is based on utilization of optical trace of luminous slot on tyre profile. This optical trace enables the measurement of tyres growth at free rotation during low and high revolution. It is one of tests in sense of regulation of U.N. Commitee for homologation of motorcycle tyres.
Temperature stabilization of semiconductor lasers for direct measurement of index of refraction of air
Matoušek, Vít
Laser interferometers are even more precise distance measurement devices with resolution in nanometer or sub-nanometer region. If interferometric measurements are carried out under atmospheric conditions (usual situation in industry), they measure optical path length of an unknown distance instead of its true geometrical value. It is caused by an index of refraction of air that introduces a multiplicative constant to measured results. If we want to obtain correct values, the knowledge of the index of refraction is necessary. Generally, the index of refraction can be measured by two ways: indirectly or directly. The first of them is based on parametric analysis of atmospheric properties as: relative humidity, pressure, temperature, concentration of CO.sub.2./sub. etc. Values of these parameters are processed then by Edlén formulas with 10.sup.-7./sup. order [1]. The direct methods are more precise then Edlén formulas (more than 10.sup.-7./sup.) but their practical implementation is more difficult. Devices that directly measure the index of refraction are called refractometers.
Searching for Grave of Queen Constance
Hašek, Vladimír ; Tomešek, J. ; Unger, J.
By means of geophysical radar measurement in Tišnov Cistercian Church were localized a number of crypts. Some of this vaults could infer us about the burial place of the cathedral promoter Constance (the widow of king Přemysl Otakar I.).
Digitální systém pro měření komplexní bioimpedance
Verner, Petr
Digital measurement system with high dynamic range for bioimpedance measurement in cardiology is described. The base conception of HW and SW is depicted in details and the phase coherence issue is discussed. When comparing with commercial measurement equipment, considerably better signal noise reduction is acquired
Theoretical and practical aspects of Balanced Scorecard
Vysloužil, Radovan ; Fibírová, Jana (advisor) ; Šoljaková, Libuše (referee)
The thesis deals with Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method from the related theoretical and practical point of view. Starting point of the thesis focuses on the content of Balanced Scorecard that is expressed by the analysis of the two key functions of BSC -- BSC as a measurement system and BSC as a strategic management system. The content analysis of BSC is accompanied by the description of the suitable techniques that can be used in the process of creating BSC. On the basis of gained information of the content aspects and the suitable techniques is created proposal of BSC system for real Train Engineer a.s. Corporation.
Measurement of the competitiveness and innovation of economies
Šperl, Adam ; Vítek, Leoš (advisor) ; Nachtigalová, Marika (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with measurement of the competitiveness and innovation at the level of economies. In this thesis was chosen five important studies that deal with measurement of both values. Thesis is divided into three parts: first describes conception of competitiveness and innovation, second deals with methodology and indicators used to measurement and finaly third part includes analysis of possibility of Czech Republic to advance in competitiveness and innovation ladders. This analysis includes strenghts and weaknesses of Czech Republic and what should we improve to dramatically advance in competitiveness and innovation ladders.
Design and realization of small wireless network
Žebrák, Miroslav ; Pinkas, Otakar (advisor) ; Šmejkal, Ivo (referee)
This work deals with the design and realization of small wireless network. The achievement of the goal was enabled due to unique design tool and supported by thorough analysis. The first part describes wireless networks in general terms including types of networks and suitable places for its implementing. The next part focuses on norms, technologies and topology that wireless networks can use. The last chapter of the theoretical part explains basic terms of networks safety. The design of school wireless network and the computation of signal coverage is the main part of the work. The contribution of this work is that it serves as an example of the design system that shows how the design might be precise. Such a design can be the basis for the building up wireless network and enables subsequent verification of predicted results.
