Diagnostic methods for evaluation of construction timber
Heřmánková, V. ; Kloiber, Michal ; Tippner, J. ; Anton, O.
In the present time, there is an effort in the Czech Republic to increase the share of realization of wooden structures. For this reason the necessity to pay higher attention to wood as building material, to learn how to inspect its quality before starting the building as well as of the already bulit-in wood is evident. The paper performs diagnostic methods for evaluation of construction timber being used at the workplaces of the authors. The methods are sorted according to the kind of invasiveness onto non-destructive, semi-destructive and destructive.
Use of diagnostic methods when assessing school maturity.
STAŇKOVÁ, Tereza
ABSTRACTS The theme of this thesis is the use of diagnostic methods in assessing school maturity. In the theoretical part, I defined the concept of school readiness, school readiness and school signs of maturity. Furthermore, this work includes the determination of the concept of postponement of schooling. I compared the psychological assessment in educational and psychological counseling and nursery schools. I offered an overview of diagnostic methods used and the method characterized individually. In conclusion, we evaluated the use of the most common diagnostic methods. In the practical part of my job was to determine the use of diagnostic methods in the assessment of school maturity. The research was conducted through a questionnaire in the region of South Bohemia. The questionnaire was Serena, if necessary supplemented by interview.
Machine service and diagnostics with a focus on agricultural machinery
SVOBODA, Bohuslav
The introduction provides basic diagnostic procedures and methods in the measurement of diagnostic indicators. The following describes the techniques used in diagnosis and technical principles for correct measurements made in the repair of vehicle systems. The paper deals with the ways of restoration of damaged parts. Finally, we set the new drive technology vehicles such as hybrid drives.
School maturity and diagnostic
VILDOVÁ, Lenka
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of school readiness and its characteristics. In the theoretical part of the paper the problems of the appropriateness of school attendance postponement and the child?s school attendance preparation are worked up. Likewise the issue of children´s development of pre-school stage is treated and, not least, the diagnostic methods of considering the child school readiness methods and various tests used in practice including their evaluation are mentioned. In the practical part, the research is carried out based upon the observation, indigenous screening elaboration and the final evaluation.
The occurrence of cryptosporidia in children
MACHOVCOVÁ, Petra
The aim of this thesis was to determine the incidence of unicellular parasites of the genus Cryptosporidium, which is the causative agent of cryptosporidiosis in children. 67 stool samples of children at the age of 1-15 were analyzed in this study. Out of it, 4 children were admitted to the infectious ward of the České Budějovice Hospital, Corp. Other samples were taken due to the suspicion of pathogene presence which causes these disorders, mainly abdominal pain, diarrhoea and fever. The samples were analyzed microscopically with the sedimentation method M.I.F.C., which serves for the intestinal parasite diagnosis, along with the staining method according to Miláček ?Vítovec, which is used to prove oocyst crystosporidia in the stool. They were also analyzed molecularly with the help of PCR. The cryptosporidia oocysts were not detected in any sample.
Occurrence of microsporidia found in various groups of patients (children)
SMETANOVÁ, Renáta
The objective of this study was to identify the occurrence of microsporidia in children. The children may be endangered by microsporidia due to immune system deficiency. The stool specimens were collected from children hospitalized with various diagnoses in the hospital České Budějovice. These samples were collected from children of both sexes aged 0 ? 15 years. Diagnostic methods included fluorescence and light microscopy and a molecular technique (PCR). Concentration sedimentation method was used to diagnose eggs, larvae and oocysts of any other parasites in the stool. Calcofluor, a special fluorescent stain, was used to diagnose microsporidia spores. Molecular techniques (PCR) were used for diagnostics of of microsporidia species found in the stool samples. None of the stool samples of the children was positive.
The development of graphomotory by pre-school children
BAĎUROVÁ, Lucie
In my bachelor theses I research the development of graphomotory at the children in a preschool age. In the theoretical I have characterized the development period of the children in a preschool age. This part is mostly about the term graphomotory and terms connected to it. I have characterized possible diagnostic methods ascertaining the level of graphomotory and I have mentioned the possible disorders in the child development of the children who has problems with graphomotory. In the practical part I have tried and analyzed the diagnostic methods ascertaining the level of graphomotory. Through structured conversation I have done the casuistry of the certain children.
Diagnostics of Interests in the Pubescence
VAŇÁSKOVÁ, Lenka
This work inquires into diagnostics of teenagers` interests and its using into educational process. My work is devided into three main parts, which dissertate generally about interests, about interests` in the pubescence and about possibilities of interests` diagnostics. The first part disserts on interests generally, it engages in free time activities and facilities which can offer them. The second part characterizes pubescence and teenagers` interests in this period. An attention is devoted to factors, which are partaken in forming and creating interests by an effort, which goes with this difficult period. Then also free time activities which are the way of prevention against social patological effects of teenagers. The third part represents pedagogical and psychological diagnostics, which is interested in diagnostics of free time activities and diagnostics of personality.
Algorithm of imaging methods in suspicion on pulmonary tuberculosis
MIKULÁŠOVÁ, Jana
Tuberculosis is an infectious disease which more than 8 million people are taken ill with throughout the world every year. During the last decade more than 30 million people succumbed to it. The Czech Republic succeeds in decreasing the number of TB cases, despite of it the physicians warn how dangerous is still this infectious disease. Basic diagnostic examination in pulmonary TB is an X-ray examination. Radiophotography, so called {\clqq}štítovka`` enacted remarkable part in combating TB. This apparatus was used in past for collective X-ray examination. The disadvantage of this technique is substantionally higher radiation load. In my work I dealt mostly with contemporary possibilities of radiodiagnostics in pulmonary TB examination (with regard to radiophotography). I carried out measurement of entering surface kerma with the help of water phantom in different work places, with different types of machines. In my thesis I compared examination techniques, both from the point of diagnostic yield , and from the point of patients´ radiation load. X-ray diagnostics participates in big rate in medical irradiation, which is the most important part in human irradiation from artificial radiation sources. Implementation of new diagnostic methods (especially computer tomography) resulted in important expansion of diagnostic possibilities . On the other hand, historical equipment still functions, e.g. cabin machines for imaging from the photographic plate. The most important factors affecting radiation load of patients is modern machine equipment, regular running of tests of long-term stableness and working steadiness , as well as protective aids use. In every work place with sources of ionizing radiation a permanent supervision on respecting of radiation protection rules must be ensured.
Students with special educational needs in high school
NOVOSADOVÁ, Lucie
This dissertation (thesis) deals with dilema of students with special needs at the high schools. It targets the individual ingress to particular teachers, special pedagogues or pedagogue assistants. From classified terminology are explained special disorders and defects of different sorts, diagnostic methods, integration of disadvantaged student and it's level. This work orientates as well on competence of special pedagogical centres and their cooperation with high schools. Theoretical part is complete with questionary examination, which was made at the high schools in Ceske Budejovice- Southern Bohemia.
