Executory process in practise

This bachelor's thesis deals with issue of execution against Czech household's property. The main goal is to provide the reader with a guideline how to solve already existing execution or if it is expected to be an execution in the future by entrusting the administration of debts to a private legal entity. In the theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis I am explaining key concepts which are related to this issue, then this part contains of enumeration of existing types of execution, the methods how they are fulfilled and the development of executory process. Following chapter deals with development of Czech household's indebtedness from the year 1990. In the practical part concrete cases of debtors are mentioned and described with their solution, which was done by the company CS Finance limited.
Compulsory and Voluntary Auction

This bachelor paper work deals with people and household debt which case using of auction system as a one of reasons, how to solve the indebtedness. In the bachelor work are suggested preventive arrangements for nonsensical indebtedness and subsequently repressive solution of debt with advantage of voluntary auction than involuntarily auction or execution. Tangential is mention option rid of debt by insolvency law.
Loans, Czech households´ indebtedness and insolvency

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse current Czech households' indebtedness and to describe problems which can the heavy indebtedness cause. The part one is focused on products of common banking and non-banking institutions that are bidden to Czech households now. The thesis continues with comparsion of Czech households' indebtedness in comparsion with the European union households' indebtedness. Third part of this work brings the description of execution process and insolvency. Upon this theme is also aimed practical part of this work, the main accent of which is being put on the detail description of personal bankruptcy.
Poverty and overdebtedness of Czech households

The diploma work deals with the problem of poverty following from overdebtedness of Czech households. Poverty is defined as a strong social handicap leading up to a social exclusion. Overdebtedness means such a financial situation when households are not able to fulfill their financial obligations and thus it concerns especially households with low incomes. In the Czech Republic this fact has been distinguished since the year 2000. The topic of the diploma work points at the development of overdebtedness of Czech households and its evaluation, the size of this problem and the estimation of its further development. It analyses the threat to households leading to a debt trap. It deals with economic impact of state debtedness in connection with that of Czech households. Some attention is paid to the increasing unemployment as one of the strongest causes leading to a state of poverty and consequently to undesirable debtedness showing the evident link between unemployment and overdebtedness. At the same time, the emphasis is put onto individual responsibility and lifelong education as the prevention and solution to unemployment and doubtedness. The phenomenon of overdebtedness of Czech households is understood as a warning signal of the present.
The execution of the "Assistance in Material Need Act" among debtors in the Kaplice region

This bachelor thesis is aimed at fulfilment of the Act on Assistance in Material Need and its impact on insolvency of people from Kaplicko region. The theoretical part is aimed at reasons and consequences of the clients" insolvency and at general characteristics of subjects from which people can borrow in case of the lack of financial means. The practical part is analyzing how long are clients receiving material need allowances and consequently is analyzing their current insolvency as well as the reason and from who these people are borrowing the financial means. The purpose of this work was to find out the general insolvency of clients receiving the material need allowances from Kaplicko region. A fractional purpose was then to analyze possibly reasons and reciprocal impact on arisen formidable life situation.
Non maintenance obligations

The bachelor thesis deals with the child support, and in particular the child support parents to children. The theoretical part describes some of the basic concepts, discusses the social function of maintenance, describes the impact of divorce on children, lists the types of maintenance on the creation, modification, termination and child support of parents to children and further defines the scope of child support. Subsequently, the paper deals with the recovery of maintenance and performance penalty. The practical part is finding reasons non-maintenance, non maintenance impact to the beneficiaries, how they differ or agree the views of professionals and how they may be specialist beneficial in preventing the offense of neglecting child support. Respondents, experts from the prison, Probation and Mediation Services and agencies involved in criminal proceedings.
Wage agenda and it's processing in various accounting programs for PC

This thesis investigates into the processing of remunerations using two different computer programs - OKmzdy and Money S3. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces both programs, their operating systems and the ways how new employees are included into the database and how the remunerations are processed. The process of monthly balance and final paying off are also described in this part of the work. The practical part consists of a case study, where remunerations of two hypothetical employees working in a big company are processed for the period of January 2007. First of them is paid a monthly salary and has the benefit of using a company{\crq}s car for private purposes. This employee was ill during January and furthermore claims a tax deduction for he has two kids. The other employee is a woman, who is paid an hourly wage and who handed over a notice to the date of 31.3.2007. This employee had some vacation in January and her wage is regularly abridged by execution. Both the employees are provided either with lunches or with eating vouchers and with a contribution to their retirement insurance. The remuneration calculations are processed in both tested programs and the results are compared with regard to their compliance with legislation and the quality and price of the documentation and of the printed outputs. The conclusion sums up the findings, compares both the programs and disputes their pros and cons. The Money S3 program was found to wrongly calculate the tax bonus, to be rather work-intensive and to demand more professional knowledge of the user.
The Last Day of a Condemned Man

The Last Day of a Condemned Man (Le Dernier Jour d´un Condamné, 1829), the polemical novel in prose of Victor Hugo, is one of the most important literary manifests against the death penalty. The article attemps to define his textual strategy and especially the literary means (interiors monologues, space physiology, themes of the light and the darkness) exposing an individual story, sufferings and reflections of a convict before his execution.
The subject in articulo mortis and face to face with nature

The article first discusses the positive (e.g. William Wordsworth, Novalis, Victor Hugo) and the negative (Alfred de Vigny, Giacomo Leopardi) conceptions of nature in the Romantic epoch, as well as pointing out their principal objects: the being of the universe and the appearance of landscape. With regard to this background, it compares situations and reflections of the prisoner or the convict condemned to death in the works of George Gordon Byron (The Prisoner of Chillon, 1816), Victor Hugo (Le Dernier Jour d'un Condamné, 1829, Quatre vingt-treize, 1874) and Karel Hynek Mácha (Máj, 1836). It analyses the tragic separation between final existence and renewable nature, indifferent to human destiny.
