Uvedení pojišťoven s největším podílem na celkovém předepsaném pojistném trhu v České a Slovenské republice. Porovnání vybraných nabídek kapitálového životního pojištění z obou pojistných trhů metodou General Electric.

Analysis of czech insurance market and prognosis of its future development

This bachalor thesis is concerned with the insurance market in the Czech Republic since the very beginning of "insuring" until the modern days, when the domestic insurance market is integrated into the European Union. The thesis comprises four individual parts. The first unit deals with the development of insurance system. The following chapter relates the contemporary situation of the Czech insurance market. In the third part, the Czech insurance market is compared to the markets of other countries which joined the EU in 2004. Besides that, an analysis of present period of stagnation of the insurance market is introduced. The last chapter contains the principles the European insurance market is based on. It also embodies the gradual process of integration of the Czech insurance market into the EU.

Insurance market in Great Britain

Bachelor thesis explains the layout of the insurancemarket in Great Britain. It describes the development of the insurance market, whose origin dates back to the second half of the 17th century. It was in London, where a small coffee shop was opened by Mr. Edward Lloyd, who made use the shop as a center ofinformation exchange in maritime transport. The Bachelor Thesis describes gradual developement of this pioneer at the insurance market. It futhermore clarifies the essence of British insurance market with emphasis on its heterogeneousness. The Thesis is also aimed at clarifying of the nature of the insurance market, and points to the specifics of its diversified structure. An individiual section is devoted to analysis of insurance provided by Lloyd's, which is often described as the world's most famous, but also the least understood brand in the field of insurance. The Thesis describes the structure of Loyd's business and its challenges in new millennium such as insurance of oil-fields, wind-mill power plants, commercial airlines, and the private exploration of the space. Threats such as global terrorism, climate changes and geopolitical instability underline the need for Lloyd's to remain flexibly responsive to the new challanges.

Ve své práci se budu nejprve zabývat právními předpoklady obchodního zastoupení, poté samotnou smlouvou o obchodním zastoupení, kterou upravuje obchodní zákoník.Ve třetí kapitole se budu věnovat specifickému segmentu trhu, který se týká činnosti obchodních zástupců a to pojišťovnictví.Poslední kapitola bude popisovat konkrétní proces výběru obchodního zástupce metodou Assessment Centrum.Výběr obchodního zástupce zde budu aplikovat především na pojišťovacího agenta výhradního.

Accident insurance analysis in the Czech insurance market

The goal of this work is to introduce readers to accident insurance, give them a concise, readily understood, overview of the contents, and to analyze the similarities and the position of accident insurance in the Czech insurance market. The thesis is divided into two chapters. The first chapter is focused on basic information about accident insurance especially its history and present position in the Czech insurance market including legal regulations in the conditions of the Czech Republic and the determination of the subjects in insurance furthermore definition of the term accident, exclusions, classes of the insurance benefit and accident insurance and calculation of the premium and insurance benefit. The last chapter contains accident insurance analysis in two different insurance companies.

The value of insurance in whole encreases with development of world economy. The growth of value brings with itself a structure modification of insurance products, their properties and ways of their sale. The new products development start demands a new approach to sales. On the one hand they are supported by technical advance and experience, on the other hand man should take in attention a specificity of the local market. In my bachelor research I attempted to describe the tendencies of insurance products distributing. As the methods of sales are closely related to the market development and economic players behavior, simultaneously, the other purpose of research is to reveal the most manifestative tendencies in miscellaneous sectors of the insurance market.

Podrobněji jsou rozebrány jednotlivé druhy pojištění v časovém horizontu posledních třech let a také se zkoumá postavení ruského pojistného trhu ve světě. Na základě minulého vývoje a současných tendencí udělána predikce budoucího rozvoje tohoto segmentu.

The insurance fraud issue in the Czech Republic

The thesis is being concerned with one of the serious criminal acts causing each year damages worth hundrends of millions Czech crowns. The main aim of the thesis is to provide a complex view of the problems. The thesis analyses the issue from both legal and economic angle of view, deals with the insurance fraud typology and proves the theory by evidence of particular cases. The thesis thereinafter discovers causations of commiting insurance frauds and describes the insurence fraud abatment. In the end the thesis tries to disclose the weak points of the system of prevention, to point at them and to come up with the improvement suggestions and recommendations.
