For my bachelor work I have chosen the topic Filling budget on concrete conditions of the community Osová Bítýška in the years 2006-2008. The first part of my work is theoretical. I was writing about characteristics of the communities and common filling of the budget. In the second part of my work I compared revenues and expenditures of the community Osová Bítýška in previous 3 years.

Revenues of small municipalities in the Czech Republic: case study

This thesis describes different types of income into the municipal budget of a particular municipality. The main aim is to analyze the incomes of the municipality Hluboš. Additional aim is then to compare the possibilities the municipality Hluboš has to influence and increase their revenue collection in accordance with the valid tax legislation.The first chapter provides the theoretical background for the analysis of the incomes of the municipality Hluboš and describes individual types of income. The second chapter deals in detail with the individual types of the municipal income and their proportion in the whole. And finally, the third chapter then compares various legislative possibilities to influence the revenue collection and looks closer on how the municipality Hlubos takes advantage of these possibilities. The conclusion is, that the municipality Hluboš does not fully exploit these possibilities, so possible measures to increase the municipal income are advised.

Analysis and comparison of web pages selected Czech cities

The aim of this thesis is create methodology for evaluation of Czech cities web pages. The thesis includes aplication of this methodology into Web pages of Domazlice, Tachov and Rokycany. For this purpose I formulated criteria for evaluation of Web pages. In term of these criteria is accentuated informative value, usability, accessability and design of Web pages. Informative value was defined to reply for assessed pages sphere. In next part of this thesis I performed cricital analysis of Web pages of selected cities. On the basis of these results are formulated main drawbacks of Web pages and suggested solution.

Filling budget in concrete conditions of the town Most

The thesis deals problem of municipality's budget management with a view to filling budget of concrete town of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part defines position, competency and authorities of municipality and it describes budget of municipality, budget process and structure of budget more closely. The problem is demonstrated further on practical example of the town Most. In the practical part there is realized detailed analysis of filling budget earnings and expenses and there is reviewed overall budget management of the town Most during the years 2004-2007.

Koeficient velikosti obcí u daně z nemovitostí a jeho uplatnění v místní daňové politice

V této práci je popsána obec a její samostatnost (vláda obce a její pravomoci, rozpočet obce ? příjmová i výdajová část), dále daň z nemovitostí podle právní úpravy pro rok 2007 a změny této daně pro rok 2008. Dále je analyzován systém možnosti obcí stanovit obecně závaznou vyhláškou koeficient o jednu kategorii zvýšený nebo až o tři kategorie snížený pro vybrané stavby a stavební pozemky. Tento systém je analyzován u vybraných obcí, dřívější okresní města, nynější obce s rozšířenou působností. Na konec jsou zhodnoceny výsledky analýzy a uvedeny přednosti a nedostatky koeficientů).

The management of property of chosen community

This work is engaged in communities, both their structure and mostly their property and its managing. It describes, how is the property divided in here, who has power to take decisions. This division of property is directly applied on community Dobrovice, where the managing of the property is examined. More closely it is focused on managing with lands.

Budget analysis in concrete coditions in the town Mníšek pod Brdy

The Diploma Thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and analytical. The theoretical part is focus on briefly development of municipalities, their status, competency and local government. The work describes the budget system of the Czech Republic and it is concentrated on municipality budget(revenues, expenditures and icomes from operations). The analytical part is concentrated on municipality economy, changes in budget revenues and expenditures in Mníšek pod Brdy in years 2003-2007. The last part is focus on municipality audit and present projects in this town.

Local government - Dobříš

Objective of this thesis is to describe the municipal authority. Town Dobříš is used town as an example. First, I define municipality, its force and competence. I describe particular rights of municipality citizens. Further, I characterize local authority, its structure, acts and I introduce specific example of council act -- municipal ordinance of binding force of town Dobříš. Similarly I describe local board, its structure, acts and council committee. I delimitate position of mayor and vice mayors. I characterize municipal office including unions and secretary. I describe particular forms of municipalities cooperation.
