The diploma work is describing the structure, process and the goal of an bankruptcy trial including its economical outcomes and some accounting impacts on the debtor as well as on the creditor. It also explains fundamental terms of this situation such as "property substance", bankruptcy register or the way of registering the receivables to the trial. The following part of this work is applying to the defintion and postition describtion of each bankruptcy trial participant as well as the court as such. Next topic is explaining phases of the trial and possible ways of solving bankruptcy or brewing bankruptcy which the czech bankruptcy law enables. The practical part of this diploma work explains the process of one of the way of solving insolvency - bankruptcy with some tax impacts on the debtor.
Reorganization process in Tatra a.s. company

The bachelor thesis focuses on crisis development and implementation of crisis management in Tatra a.s. company, which is traditional producer of heavy utility trucks. The author analyses the causes of problems in this company and points out critical areas in company, which are necessary to be improved in order to save the company. In the end, the author suggests own crisis plan for Tatra, which should be implemented in this company.
Insolvency proceedings from the view of insolvency administrator's duties

This diploma thesis deals with the insolvency administrator. The objects of this work are mainly are the duties that insolvency administrator has to execute during the insolvency proceeding and the necessary requirements for the performance of the insolvency administrator's function. The objective of this work is to clarify the role of insolvency administrator in the particular phases of insolvency proceedings in general terms and the definition of his position and responsibilities in different types of insolvency proceedings. The aim of this work is also to analyze the assumptions that insolvency administrator must meet in order to obtain permission to perform the function of the insolvency administrator.
Reorganisation as a way of bankruptcy corporation CENTURION GROUP, SE

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the Act No. 182/2006 Coll. on Insolvency and its Resolution, which replaced the Law on Bankruptcy. Bachelor thesis deals primarily with corporate bankruptcy solution, especially case in corporation. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical section describes the most important aspects of the reorganization proceedings, from initiation through the reorganization plan to its completion. The individual parts are arranged chronologically and are supported by appropriate legal provisions. In the practical part is specified the case study of company CENTURION GROUP, SE, which is still ongoing reorganization. Based on the current economic situation the company will be most probably reorganization stopped and transferred to the bankruptcy.

This Bachelor's Thesis deals with insolvency proceeding and it's impact on a particular company -- Oděvní podnik, inc. The methodology part is describing the necessery processes and issues relating to the insolvency proceedings in the enterprise and solution of the bankruptcy. The Thesis contains information about ways of solving bankruptcy cases in the enterprises and cases of their use. The empirical part is focusing on the processes of insolvency proceedings in practice, how they work and how they lead to the objectives of the institute of insolvency law -- the satisfaction of creditors and solving the economic situation in the case of the concrete bankrupting company -- Oděvní podnik, inc.

Final thesis is monitoring new legislation concerning reorganization. This process is quite new in Czech Republic. First chapter is theoretical introduction to insolvency in general. Second chapter deals with statistics in this area. Final chapter is dedicated to two case studies of real companies.

This thesis describes the actual global financial crisis and its impact on the company Kordárna, a.s, which is a producer of cords for tyres. The first part explains reasons and impacts of the global financial crisis. The second part is focused on a financial analysis of the company. The third part is connecting both previous parts, analyses consequences of the crisis on the company and its further problems, and shows how to solve its difficulties through the reorganization.
Restructuring of Technistone, a.s. company

Master's Thesis "Restructuring of Technistone, a.s. company" is pursuits two main aims: to analyze Technistone's initial financial situation including identification of its causes and to propose the remedy solution. As a primary method for analyzing data are used standard methods of financial analysis. The remedy solution is based on the combination of the results of the financial analysis and used in practice concept of change management above crisis conditions -- "V Concept". Thesis conclusion lies in discovering of insolvency of Technistone, a.s. company. The proposed solution mainly consists in the debt reorganization.
Reorganisation as a solution to the bankruptcy of a debtor in the Czech insolvency law

The main goal of the thesis is to prove on the basis of an analysis and its restrictive conditions that in the core of the bankruptcy proceedings there are roots for mutually advantageous cooperation of certain interest groups, which allow these groups to gain extra utility at the expense of other participants of the proceedings. The other goal of the analysis is to prove, that the process of reorganisation is disadvantageous to the same interest groups and therefore it's in their interest to support the bankruptcy way of solution to the bankruptcy proceedings. At the end of the thesis author also introduces measures designed to lower the interest of the interest groups to the unwanted cooperation.
