VST Plug-IN for audio signal watermarking
Henzl, David ; Schimmel, Jiří (referee) ; Zezula, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deal with digital signal proccessing methods, possibilities their processing and especially audio signal watermarking like possibility safeguard author's rights of audio content. In this thesis are foreshadoweds basic audio watermarking methods and possibilities of watermark detection. To idea generation about watermarking there is described audio watermarking method known as Echo Hiding. This method embed watermarks to audio content in time-domain while watermark detection is made in kepstral-domain by using Fast Fourier Transform and correlation function. Method is implemented like VST plug - in and along with ASIO drivers that minimize signal latency provides audio signal watermarking in real - time. Aim of the first volume of this thesis is introduction of VST technology, ASIO driver and creating VST plug – in‘s. Alternative volume of thesis deal with implementation watermarking methods in conjunction with VST technology.
Neural networks in audio signal watermarking algorithms
Kaňa, Ondřej ; Smékal, Zdeněk (referee) ; Zezula, Radek (advisor)
Digital watermarking is a technique for digital multimedia copyright protection. The robustness and the imperceptibility are the main requirements of the watermark. This thesis deals with watermarking audio signals using artificial neural networks. There is described audio watermarking method in the DCT domain. Method is based on human psychoacoustic model and the techniques of neural networks.
Watermarking of static images
Bambuch, Petr ; Burda, Karel (referee) ; Číka, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with the security of static images. The main aim is to embed the watermark into the original data so effectively, to avoid removal of the watermark with the use of simple and fast attacks methods. With developing of the watermarking techniques the technique of attacks are improved and developed also. The main aim of the attacks is to remove and devalue the hidden watermark in the image. The goal of the thesis is to check current techniques of static image watermarking and implement two methods of watermarking, which are to be tested for robustness against attacks.
Advanced Security Methods of Medical Image
Roček, Aleš ; Šimák, Boris (referee) ; Molnár, Karol (referee) ; Dostál, Otto (advisor)
Medical institutions adapt digital based archiving of patients records images to fulfil its advantages like availability, easy sharing, high resolution etc. Digital form of records brings apart from advantages also disadvantages at security risks. It is easier attacking, stealing, using without authorization etc. This thesiss deals with this security issues, describes the needs and approaches to security, explains the reasons for deployment of watermarking. It names three main methods of medical image watermarking and compares their plus and cons: zero, reversible and watermarking in Region Of Non Interest (RONI). New method of Zero-reversible-RONI watermarking, that combine advantages of described methods, is proposed. For practical tests of properities of proposed method was used huge database of medical images. Application of the proposed method on this database delivers very promising results. Practical results discussion and comparison with other medical imaging watermarkikng methods are at the end of this thesis.
Watermarking of digital data
Kupka, Jan ; Přinosil, Jiří (referee) ; Číka, Petr (advisor)
The main aim of this project is to implement two different types of the watermarking algorithm in frequency (transforamtion) domain. Because of the huge amount of the watermarking algorithms is this thesis dedicated to the watermarking methods in the frequency domain. These methods use kind of transformation implemented on the original data, the second step is modification of transformation coeficients. This project is dedicated to the methods which use discrete wavelet transformation. Nowdays the most popular transformation, which meets the best efforts. The aim of every method is to embeed the watermark into the original data so precisly, that none observer can recognize any change between the original and watermarked data. On the contrary, watermarked picture should be as resistant to the attacks as possible. By the term of attack, we understand all the ways, that disable watermark extraction. The watermark method robustness will be tested with the use of Checkmark program.
Digital Audio Steganography
Kabelka, Petr ; Malaník, Petr (referee) ; Strnadel, Josef (advisor)
The field of steganography deals with concealing information with the goal of hiding their very existence. The goal of this work is to create a summary of existing digital audio steganography methods and implement some of them. This work presents easily extensible and usable multiplatform library for audio steganography written in the Python programming language and a program that uses it. At the end of this work are the implemented methods compared against each other and against the published methods. Because it is hard to find concrete implementations of various published methods, the presented library enables almost anyone to easily use the implemented steganographic methods and to continue working on research in this field without the need to reimplement all of them.
Watermarking as Document Protection
Segedy, Patrik ; Kočí, Radek (referee) ; Hanáček, Petr (advisor)
This thesis is dealing with document protection using a digital watermarking. First, a watermark characteristics are presented. Then, different usages of the watermarking are discussed. Next part of the thesis is dedicated to current development in watermarking field. It is aimed at various principles of watermark embedding into different multimedia types. Subsequently, a watermarking scheme for still images is proposed and implemented. Finally, the watermarking scheme undergoes attacks, which should damage embedded watermark. Attacked watermark is then extracted and compared to the embedded watermark.

Steganography
Podhorský, Jiří ; Kubíček, Radek (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor project focuses on steganography and presents new modifications of known metods steganography and their implementation. It also presents implementation of adaptive metod Neighbours, for comparison. Both of the metods are based on the "Least Significant Bit" exploitation. It is also demonstrated that newly proposed modification can be used in other metods of steganography. The purpose of proposed method is to encode a secret information into the digital image so that the information is not easily detectable.
Digital Image Watermarking
Šujan, Miroslav ; Říha, Kamil (referee) ; Číka, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis deals with the problem of static digital watermarking in frequency domain. It is a process of adding secret information to the original data without any negative influence to them, while in the same time making sure that the identification and hidden watermark cannot be removed easily. The main aim of this thesis is to sum up the current techniques of watermarking, to carry out of two watermarking techniques and a test of resistance to attacks against them.
