Development of a Desktop Application for Practising Mathematics for Operation System Windows
KOLÁŘOVÁ, Zdeňka
This bachelor thesis explores the process of creation and development of a desktop application for the operating system Windows that is focused on practising Mathematics. Programming language C# and the environment Visual Studio were chosen for this project. The application offers two modes - "Student" and "Teacher". The "Student" mode allows the user to practise solving mathematical problems. The application tracks the success history of the user, allowing them to retry solving previously failed problems as well as new ones of the same type. All problems can be revisited later. The "Teacher" mode puts emphasis on being highly customisable to suit the user's teaching style, which is provided by the integrated course editor, that supports various types of math problems. Selective questions, filling in the blanks and open questions where only the result is checked can all be created.

The development of the application for project planning based on the network analysis
PECH, Jan
The main target of this bachelor thesis is to develop an application suitable for project planning based on the network analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis presents appropriate terminology and basic characteristics of the network analysis which uses information from the graph theory implemented in the planning of projects. The network analysis deals primarily with project time management which is described by the CPM method in deterministic projects and the PERT method in stochastic projects. Furthermore, it also tackles project resource management and project cost management. The practical part describes the development of the application using the programming language C# and .NET technologies. The main purpose of the application is to help project managers, after entering necessary input information about a particular project to the application, to plan their projects in a sophisticated way and provides them with processed results in a synoptic graphical form.
Development of POS system application with support of EET for retail trade
Nguyen Manh, Tho ; Pavlíčková, Jarmila (advisor) ; Bruckner, Tomáš (referee)
The goal of this thesis is to design and develop an application software for the POS system. The main criterion of the developed system is to support online registration of sales, which meets the requirements stated by the Act no. 112/2016 Coll., on Registration of Sales. In this thesis the POS system is designated to support processes of retail trade. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the POS system and its components. To solve the issue of online registration of sales, an analysis of the legislation and the market with the POS systems was made. The thesis also presents an analysis of the processes and requirements, a solution design and the implementation of applications based on Java. To test the functionality of the developed application a test case was used. The final chapter summarizes the content of the thesis and outlines possible future developments. The output of this paper is a functional POS application, which will be available for download under open-source license. This paper could also serve as a business guide to understand the topic of POS systems and online registration of sales.
Development of mobile application for Android platform
Homola, Radek ; Šimek, Pavel (advisor) ; Stočes, Michal (referee)
The bachelor thesis describes the process of mobile application development for operating system Android with exclusive using of standard components, which this platform includes. The theoretical part of thesis describes the platform itself, historical evolution of its versions, its architecture, tools required for the application development, general structure of the application project and fundamental, commonly used programmatical and graphical components. Practical part of thesis then documents the development of functional application prototype, based on knowledge of theoretical part. Practical part also includes recommendations, how to achieve responsive graphical user interface. Complete application source code is attached to the thesis.

Applications development for Android
Kvasnička, Jaroslav ; Mego, Roman (referee) ; Frýza, Tomáš (advisor)
The semester project for Android Application Development describes the tools, options and available resources for developing applications on the Android operating system. The work has several parts. The first part is devoted to the presentation of the Android system and available tools for application development. The next section is devoted to the development of sample applications, which explains the procedures for creating the application itself in different environments. The third part is devoted to design an experimental communications network for smart home controlled by a device running Android. The conclusion is devoted to the evaluation of the application development and communication networks. Also it discusses the possible suggestions for its improvement and expansion.
