The theme of my bachelors‘ thesis is the management of construction projects. The work is devided in two main parts: theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part describes the basics of building contract. In the practical part was then described the whole process of a particular management contract to build a house.

Autosalon TOPCENTRUM in Hodonín, implementation of carcass superstructure

This bachelor thesis deals with a construction technology procedure gross superstructure of a car store TOP CENTRUM car in Hodonín. This object has got 3 floors. One of them is underground and two of them are above-ground. The interest area is located in a flat terrain in industrial zone. Supporting system of the building is formed by steel skeletons and supplemental supporting structure of POROTHERM blocks. Ceilings are formed by prefabricated prestressed reinforced concrete panels and also by steel construction. The roof supporting system is made up by trusses and purlins and aslo by steel beams IPE. The construction and technological study of the gross superstructure includes a technical report, plan of routes, technological instruction of steel vertical supporting system and selected part of roof system, plans of inspections and tests, resolution of the building organization, schedule and budget, machine list and occupational safety.

The thesis is focused on building technology solutions of the roof of a residential building in Mutěnice. It includes technical report, technological regulation, monitoring and test plan, the project of the construction site facilities, machine set, budget, time frame of the construction and occupational safety.

Preparation of realisation gross superstructure of an apartment block named Francouzská in Brno

This bachelor thesis deals with construction technology procedure gross superstructure of an apartment block named Francouzská in Brno. An apartment block has 7 floors. First floor is located partially below ground, becouse lobby area is located in very steep terrain towards the Francouská street. Wing unit is made up of mainly enclosure wall, interior transverse and longitudinal walls of the ceramic blocks Porotherm. Transverse and longitudinal supporting interior walls are produced of sheathing bricks Supertherm, which are located in 1.NP, 2.NP and partially in 3.NP, these blocks are sealed with concrete. Ceilings are designed as continuous strengthened concrete-steel monolithic desks. The staircase is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete. This construction and technological study of gross superstructure includes technical report, technologic process of concrete-steel monolithic ceiling, plan routes, inspection and test plan, schedule, financial requirements, solution the organization of building up, assembly and machine safety.

The subject of the bachelor´s thesis is the lower gross production technology multi-functional building in Zlín. The content of this work are the technical report, technical regulations, safety, environmental protection, design of mechanical assemblies, solution building equipment, inspection and test plans, individual work schedule and budget.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with construction project planning and explains basic concepts related to this area. In the practical part are solved time and financial plans for the reconstruction of the Congress Centre in Staré Město. The aim of this thesis is to assess the suitability of each project management program for the construction order.
