Line construction within the life cycle from the perspective of BIM

The aim of the work was the usage of the Building Information Modelling system to ensure the complete building-up, including the working part of the line constructions. In the first part of my thesis I was dealing with the costs of the total life of the line construction, the line construction life-cycle, with the difference between the Building Information Modelling model and traditional projecting, with the participators participants of the Building Information Modelling model and which levels in the Building Information Modelling exist. In the practical part I was dealing with two levels of the Building Information Modelling designing, in which I set the total price of the building researched and then I was comparing them. In the final chapter of the thesis working expenses were set which are involved in the expenses of the total life.

Evaluation of the Economy of Selected Organization

Bachelor thesis is focused on the financial situation of non-profit organisation in 2011 - 2014. The aim of the first part is a theoretical knowledge of non-profit sector in Czech republic. We will introduce the non-profit organization with its financial situation described in the financial analysis, in the second part. The last – third part is presenting solutions, which should improve the whole financial situation.

Evaluation of the Economy of the Village

The bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of the economy of the village Holasice. The thesis in theoretical part focuses on defining theoretical fundamentals such as village and its characteristics, village authority, budgetary policy of the village when creating budgetary system etc. Analytical part of bachelor thesis analyzes incomes and expenses of village Holasice. Main goal of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of the economy of the town and preparation of proposals to improve budgetary system. Evaluation of analysis and proposed improvements of municipal budget, are located in the ending of this bachelor thesis.

Evaluation of the Economy of the Town Holice

This thesis solves the economic issues of a small town, Holice. The first part focuses on the theory which deals with the division of local governments, management of the town and the formation of its budget. The second part reviews the municipal management using selected analytical methods over a 4 year period from 2012 to 2015. The third and final part offers up suggestions on how to improve the economics of Holice.

Cost Management in the Company

This bachelor thesis is focused on issues of the cost management. In the theoretical part the costs and revenues, concept of expenses and its classification are described. This thesis also clarifies a relationship between expenses, revenues and economic result and there is defined individual analysis, which were used in the next part of thesis. The analytical part is dedicated on the company introduction and for the actual situation based on expenses development, SWOT analysis, financial analysis and income statement analysis. The recommendations which should contribute to the cost reduction, is also included.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with management and financing of territorially autonomous units, especially, the issues related to the municipality governance in Želešice. Initially, it concerns theoretical treatment of municipality matters, budgetary system and the budget as such. The next part describes basic characteristics of the municipality of Želešice and examines its economy. The last part is focused on the budget proposal.

The goal of the thesis is to describe calculation as an instrument for determination of product price and expenses associated with its production. In the thesis is designed application standard costing method.
