Community care principles in the practice of a community mental health team

Práce se zabývá problematikou komunitní péče o duševní zdraví a jejími principy na teoretické i praktické úrovni. V konkrétním pohledu je práce zaměřena na praxi regionálních komunitních týmů - týmů, které jsou v zahraničí nedílnou součástí moderních služeb péče o duševní zdraví. Jejich hlavním cílem bývá integrace člověka s vážným duševním onemocněním do komunity a zvýšení kvality jeho života. V České republice se týmy pracující na regionálním základě teprve rozvíjí. Jednou z organizací, která v současné době prochází procesem transformace služeb a zavádí systém komunitních týmů do praxe, je také o. s. Fokus Praha. Protože v této organizaci pracuji v jednom z několika nově vzniklých komunitních týmů jako sociální pracovnice, chci tyto užitečné zkušenosti z praxe zužitkovat a zaměřit proto, především empirickou část, tímto směrem. V práci budou dále představeny nabyté zkušenosti z týdenní stáže v oblasti komunitní péče o duševní zdraví ve Velké Británii (region Severozápadního Sussexu), za jejíž realizaci ještě jednou všem, kteří mi ji umožnili, děkuji. Sociální práce v ČR se od roku 1989 mohutně rozvíjí a není důvodu domnívat se, že by tomu mělo být v příštích letech jinak. Uvolnění podmínek pro rozvoj sociální práce u nás zapříčiněné pádem takzvaného "komunistického režimu" dalo vzniknout nepřebernému množství poskytovatelů sociálních služeb postavených na různých filosofických, etických a politických základech, poskytujících množství různých služeb rozdílné kvality. Tento stav není zapříčiněn pouze roztříštěností současných věd o člověku, ze kterých vychází teorie sociální práce, jak by se mohlo na první pohled zdát, ale i dlouhodobou neexistencí standardu kvality poskytovaných služeb a z toho vyplývající nemožnosti tuto kvalitu posuzovat a kontrolovat. Ačkoli se již řadu let věnuje této otázce zájem, jehož výsledkem jsou Standardy kvality sociálních služeb, resp. jejich mírná modifikace, která je součástí zákonu č. 108/2006 o sociálních službách, nejsou ještě zdaleka principy v nich obsažené poskytovateli chápány (neřku- li naplňovány) zcela jasně a v dostatečné míře. Výrazným fenoménem české sociální práce působícím na její dnešní podobu je také určitá diskontinuita jejího vývoje způsobená čtyřiceti lety vlády KSČ v naší zemi. Záv r Z našeho rozboru problematiky trestní odpov dnosti právnických osob v eské republice a ve Francii shrnujeme: v otázce zavedení nové trestní odpov dnosti Ve Francii a v R bylo zavedení trestní odpov dnosti právnických osob doprovázeno zdlouhavými diskuzemi. Nejednotnost ve v deckých kruzích je p irozená a prosp šná. Díky ní se problematika trestní odpov dnosti právnických osob prozkoumává ze všech hledisek a p ináší propracovanou kone nou úpravu "lepší kvality". The palliative nursing care in the hospital based on suggestions of patients and the nursing staff

This bachelor project is dealing with a hospital palliative care. It's based on suggestions from the patients and nurses site either. Main goal of the theoretical section is to determine palliative care and its individual goals. Moreover, to determine basic needs of incurable and dying patients, to designate way of their monitoring and to realize opportunity to satisfy themself. Needs of diseased humans are divided, based on holistic view, as a physical, mental, social and spiritual. The next goal is to offer the information. Empiric section is divided into a two parts based on the rank of respondents. First part of investigation is about patients suggestions. Moreover, patients are divided as a men and women. Amount of the men and women answers is evaluated too. Second part of investigation is about nurses suggestions. Main method of investigation is a query sheet. Patients query sheet is oriented to their preferred needs and their satisfaction from nurses site. It's about how many information they have got about their disease and treatment procedure. Ethical aspects of the employment of people with disabilities

The work deals with the problems of employing people with disabilities and ethical aspects related to the problem. Describes their difficulties in finding an employment, problems of discrimination, difficulty with unemployment and also how unemployment affects the psyche of the people. It also deals with how the state helps people who have difficulty with finding employment and other ethical problems such as the problem of discrimination, solidarity in the welfare state, the right to work and so on. It also shows the status of people with disabilities in the society and whether their rights are always respected in society.

Informedness of public about problems of people with visual disabilities

The thesis deals with the informedness of public about problems of people with visual disabilities. In the theoretical part of my thesis I firstly focused on describing the visual impairment and on how to when it can incept. The next point are socialization and integration of people with visual handicap. Then I describe of comprehensive services and special equipment and facilities of blind people. The last point of this thesis is the description how to behave to blind individuals and how to help of them. The practical part consists of quantitative analysis and for gathering the information I used the method of a questionary. The research was focused on the students of a high schools and a total number of respondents was 120. At the conclusion of my thesis I present facts which I got at the research.

Sexual education of children with mental disability

The thesis deals with the problems of sex education of mentally handicapped children. Elaboration of a model educational programme for pupils of the 7th year of practical primary school is the aim of the thesis. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into three basic chapters. The first chapter deals with definition of the term mental handicap, classification and characteristics of the individual levels of mental handicap, and focuses on characteristics of people suffering from minor mental handicap. The second part focuses on sexuality. It describes sexuality symptoms, sexuality functions and finally sexuality of mentally handicapped people. The third chapter is dedicated to sexual education, namely to its goals, principles, contents and methods. The practical part deals with methodology of elaboration and a proposal of a model educational programme for pupils of the 7th year of practical primary school. This thesis may be used as methodological material for teachers in sex education at practical primary schools.

In the theoretical part are defined individual benefits and risks associated with electronic communications for the socialization of this people. In the practical part has been created methodological handbook intended for schools educating pupils with disabilities. People with disabilities and their integration in the company

Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit motivaci zaměstnavatelů zaměstnávat osoby se zdravotním postižením, jejich postoj k této problematice a spokojenost se stávajícími výhodami. Jak vnímají pomoc ze strany státu a zda stát pomáhá ke zvyšování zaměstnanosti těchto osob. Teoretická část je zaměřena na trh práce, zaměstnanost, nezaměstnanost, aktivní politiku zaměstnanosti, důsledky nezaměstnanosti a způsoby jejího snižování. Dále se věnuje již osobám se zdravotním postižením, povinnosti zaměstnavatelů tyto osoby zaměstnávat, výhody ze strany státu pro tyto zaměstnavatele a konkrétním nástrojům politiky zaměstnanosti, zaměřenými na zvyšování zaměstnanosti osob se zdravotním postižením. Analytická část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření provedené na Úřadě práce v Plzně a u jednotlivých zaměstnavatelů v Plzeňském kraji na podzim roku 2007.

Motivational Resources of Mental Health Support in Middle-aged People

In this Bachelor diploma paper I dealt with the survey of motivational sources of mental health support with middle-aged people. The research was held in the region of Southern Moravia, in the district of Uherské Hradiště. The research was arranged in the way of public-opinion poll. The people have been chosen and adressed by chance. In the thesis four hypothesises have been diagnosed with the focus on middle-aged people´s knowledge of mental health problems and their support of mental health. Two of the hypothesis have been confirmed, two of the hypothesis have been disproved. The acquired data have been statisticly evaluated. The main aim of the thesis was to work out the concept of interventionist programme for the improvement of mental health of middle-aged people on the basis of yogistic methods. The programme consists of possibilities of mental health support, as well as information about the right way of breathing (Nadi Sodhana), possibilities of relaxation methods (Yoga Nidra) and also learning about Six-Treasures (Sat-Sampati). The programme was set up in the way to be easily applied into the every day use in future. According to paper results, despite the middle-aged people know the menthal health definition, they don´t do exercises supporting menthal health. The result of the paper is therefore a methodical material, which shall help not only to spread the mental health knowledge but also to offer to middle-aged people practical skills supporting menthal health.
