Influence of bioeffectors application on phosphorus availability in substrate and on tomato yields

In the past few years, the Czech Republic has been trying to increase the input of plant available phosphorus (P) due to the increasing its bioavailability in soil. From the point of view agriculture properties we can say that there is only little amount of readily available P in soil. Plants are unable to take up phosphorus sufficiently, which is mainly due to the fact it is part of various less soluble soil compounds. Therefore, there are new technologies aiming to make P more plant available. One of these technologies are so called Bioeffectors
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to increase the plant available phosphorus content in soil due to the bioeffectors application and therefore increasing tomato yield and quality.
The bioefectors used contained the following microorganisms: Trichoderma harzianum, strain T22, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, strain FZB42 (RhizoVital), Pseudomonas sp. (pProradix) and a combination of Trichoderma harzianum with Bacillus subtilis with Zn and Mn added (CombiFector). The plant height, above ground biomass yields, tomato fruit yields and the contents of selected macro and micronutrients in soil (bioavailable form) and tomatoes fruit (total form) were estimated.
From the results is clear that: a) in the majority of monitored parameters, significant differences between treatments were not observed; b) Trichoderma treatment, in comparison to the Proradix showed significantly higher Mg content in soil, but only at the significance level 0.05; c) the total content of sulfur in the tomato fruit at the Trichoderma treatment was significantly lower in comparison with the Proradix and Combifector variations, and that at a significance level of 0.01.
In conclusion, it is possible to state that the application of bioeffectors, in the majority of cases, did not lead to significant changes of studied parameters. Therefore, it is necessary to look for new strategies that effectively increase the availability of phosphorus contained in soils and applied fertilizers. Therefore, it is possible to suggest further testing of bioeffectors in particular for further research in soils with varied characteristics and deeper microbiological analysis serving to understand the mechanisms of effectiveness and determine the viability of the products.

Security inspection of network traffic

Thesis topic concerns the issue of information security in corporate environments. Literature search includes information obtained by studying articles and literature in the field of information security. Resources were selected with a focus on the security risks, security technologies and legislative regulation. Attention is focused on technology that supports monitoring of communication flows in the data network. Overview of traffic operating a data network provides important information for the prevention or investigation of security incidents. Monitoring also serves as a source of information for the planning of the network infrastructure. It can detect faults or insufficient transmission capacity. The practical part is dedicated to implementation of the monitoring system in the real corporate networks. Part of the experience is the analysis of the network structure and choice of appropriate tools for actual implementation. When selecting tools, you can use the scoring method of multicriterial analysis options. The integration of the monitoring system is also the configuration of active network elements. Subsequent analysis of network traffic provides information about the most active users, most used applications or on the sources and targets of data transmitted. It provides a source of valuable information that can be used in case of failure on the network or security incident. The conclusion is a summary of the results and workflow.

Reformy systémů důchodového zabezpečení v EU a jejich možné uplatnění v České republice

Práce se věnuje současnému stavu penzijních systémů v Evropské unii. Většina zemí se v současné době zabývá reformou svých penzijních systémů. Také český penzijní systém stojí před nutností provést hlubší penzijní reformu. Existují různé varianty jejího provedení, mezi nejvíce diskutované patří transformace současného systému PAYG na model NDC. Další velmi pravděpodobnou variantou je zavedení povinného fondového pilíře. Každé nastavení penzijního systému má své výhody i rizika, které se navíc liší i dle určitých podmínek v jednotlivých zemí. Práce hodnotí vybraná opatření důchodové reformy z pohledu České republiky.

Application of decision-making models in modernization of weapon equipment of the hunting association Borovy

The aim of this thesis on the application of decision-making models in renewing the arsenal of Borovy Gamekeepers' Organisation (MS Borovy, z.s.) is to select, using a method of multi-criteria decision analysis, a suitable hunting weapon that will best comply with the conditions under which the Borovy Gamekeepers' Organisation (a registered society) exercises its right to hunt and manage game and wildlife. The theoretical part of this paper focuses on weapons, in addition to describing models of multi-criteria decision-making. The second part of the thesis addresses the tradition of hunting and game management as well as various hunting methods, and introduces the Borovy Gamekeepers' Organisation, its hunting grounds and various game species occurring in that area. Subsequently, the author of this paper discusses the selection of a compromise option for a hunting weapon, using a suitable method of multi-criteria decision analysis. Based on the outcome of this selection, a recommendation is made on a suitable hunting weapon for members of the Borovy Gamekeepers' Organisation and the surrounding hunting grounds.

Cloud computing - comparison of cloud storages

This thesis deals with the utilization of cloud computing in the field of online data storages for storing and backing up of user data. After defining the target group and its requirements for the service, ten most suitable options from the total set of cloud storages were selected. Selected storages were subsequently tested and analyzed in order to be used in the next stage of thesis. Materials for multicriterial analysis of options were created on the basis of set criteria and their given or measured values. The most appropriate options were calculated by application of the aforementioned mathematical method. These options were then evaluated and described from the viewpoint of commissioning.

Selection of the most suitable international market for Logio expansion

The master thesis deals with the possibilities of international expansion in case of the Czech company Logio s.r.o that sells consulting services on B2B market. The main objective is to choose a suitable international market for expansion of the company. Futhermore, market analysis and determination of method of market entering are additional objectives of the thesis. The first part deals with the characteristics of the process, which companies should follow during selection of international market, and various forms of entrance. Then, gained findings are used in process of selecting the most suitable international market for expansion of company Logio s.r.o. Selected market is analysed by using Porter model of 5 forces and PESTEL analysis. The variants of international expansion are specified and compared in the end of the thesis and the most suitable method of market entering is chosen with regard to specifics of the company itself.

Network Optimization of Transfusion Sites in the Czech Republic

This thesis is about medical transfusion sphere, which has nowadays many deficits - as the other spheres in medical industry. Target of this thesis is a proposal of new equipment structure in transfusion service in the Czech Republic, which will be more effective then the existing one and which occurs a reduction of blood processing department. It includes not only calculation of basic expenses needed for installation new system and ensure operations for 5 years and comparison of both variants, but it includes also proposal of centralized managing and changes of staff secure of production process.

Housing Financing in the Czech Republic by Means of a Mortgage Loan

Dissertation with title: Housing Financing in the Czech Republic using mortgage loan deals with analysis of mortgage loans. Work aims to acquaint with issue and options of financing of housing. First part is focused on legislation and theory of mortgage loans, where is also characterised process of mortgage loans. Further is followed up comparison mortgage loans with loans from building savings, their advantages and disadvantages when are used to financing of housing. In the second part are presented macroeconomic indicators, that affect state of mortgage market. In the third part are analysed mortgage products of four selected banks , that are Hypotecni banky a.s , Komercni banky a.s, Raiffeisenbank a.s. and České spořitelny a.s. Last part is devoted to model example of two hypothetical clients, where it is carried out comparison of the mortgage loan in the selected banks in terms of fundamental parameters and also the APR. Goal of dissertation is to provide recommendation within this form financing of housing and choose the best variant of mortgage loan for hypothetical clients.

The goal of ZOFF is formulated as a change of stagnation and increase in annual profit in term of 2 years, provided adequate low risk. The paper describes the outcomes and conclusions from a marketing research that highlights the key attributes of the company and its target audience. Way out of the situation lies in identifying the problem and its subsequent formulation. To achieve the objective are used various methods of creation and comparison of the criteria which define variants created. This process comprises a decision matrix for identification and comparison of risk scenarios. The output of the work is to evaluate and compare the resulting variants and recommendation to the elimination of possible threats.
