Vývojové tendence ve spotřebě potravin v ČR - vybrané aspekty

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of level and evolution of food consumption in Czech Republic in last twenty five years. It characterizes fundamental evolution trends in food consumption in wider socioeconomic context. It analyzes development of food consumption in terms of price-consumption interaction and also in terms of income-consumption interaction. It describes changes of business environment with emphasis on final stages of vertical food chains. It also describes structural changes in retail network and growth of market power of multinational retail chain on Czech market. This paper also determines factors, that influences consumer behavior while buying food products and describes new trends of food consumption.

Describes the basic concepts, objectives, legislation and marking of organic food in the Czech Republic and European level. The main part is the empirical part, which, based on the survey, analyses consumer behaviour and provides information about factors that influence consumer behaviour. Discussion contains research comparison with similar research studies in Hong Kong and Vienna.

Bachelor thesis is concerning consumer behaviour of foreign students during leisure activities in Brno in academic year 2015. In theoretical part is processed problematic of tourism, services marketing, tourism marketing, marketing research and consumer behaviour. In main part of the thesis is defined offer of Tourist Information Centre Brno and offer of International Student Clubs which provide opportunities for foreign students during their leisure time. Via quantitative research are detected preferences and consumer behaviour of foreign students during leisure activities in Brno. Through gained data is done marketing proposal to Tourist Information Centre Brno in field of services improvement for the target group.

Primary marketing research is used for collecting data and these data are analyzed to identify factors influencing consumer decision making process. The focus is on influences related to place of purchase, preferences of consumers and purchase motivation. It brings proposals for retailers, where the basic findings from realized research are used.

The Bachelor thesis is focused on standards of life and factors affecting the living standards of Czech and Slovak consumers. In the theoretical section are explained the concepts related to living standards, a consumer, and his behavior. The practi-cal part is divided into two parts. The first part examines the standard of living objectively determined by indicators such as GDP, household income, unemployment, inflation and alternative indicators. The main source comes from secondary data published on the websites of the Eurostat and the Czech and Slovak Statistical Office. In addition to these indicators, it is necessary to include other factors affecting the standard of living, in particular the subjective opinion of inhabitants. The second part of the thesis is aimed at subjective views of consumers of the Czech and Slovak Republics, whose data are collected through a questionnaire survey. Finally, both parts are compared and acquired results are used to understand the reasons for such development and recommendations are designed.

Očenášková, K. Chosen aspects of consumer behaviour in the selection of holiday in relation to the Travel agency Čedok. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2014. The bachelor thesis deals with consumer behaviour of university students in the selection of particular aspects of holiday spending, its planning, purchase and related factors. The aim is to find out how students decide about their holiday, what and in what measure influences them, and consequently to propose recommendation to the travel agency in this area. In theoretical part of thesis, chosen knowledge from the sphere of tourism, consumer behaviour, marketing and advertising, as well as current trends in relation to tourism are summarised. Practical part is devoted to evaluation of performed questionnaire survey with 292 participants. The results are also represented in demonstrative tables and graphs. Formation of questionnaire for this purpose was consulted with the Travel agency Čedok.

The objective of this diploma thesis is to define main characteristics of students' behaviour as potential customers of language schools and formulate recommendation for a creation of the suitable offer for this segment. Key results emerge from quantitative and qualitative research among students, language schools and graduates. The differences were identified between students -- according to the level of studies, type of school and even year of study. Due to this fact, final recommendations were determined for individual segments of the target group. Their application can be found in a case study of language school PM-Lingua s.r.o. in Vyškov.

Diploma thesis deals with consumer behaviour of young people concretely graduates of tertiary education on the labour market. It focuses on identifying the factors that influence graduates during their studies and describes their decision making process. In order to determine consumer behaviour quantitative and qualitative methods were used. Electronic questionnaire survey as quantitative method was held since November 2013 until March 2014 and in total 651 respondents participated. Interviews as qualitative method were carried out with 30 respondents. All the results were used for the compilation of the model of consumer behaviour and for giving recommendations for subjects who are involved in this issue.

Thesis supervisor: Ing. Martin Souček, Ph.D. This thesis deals with consumer behaviour of young people on the market with organic food. In the past recent years the market with organic food has been growing fast in the Czech Republic. Qualitative and quantitative research have been used in the practical part of the thesis, specifically Focus Groups, questionnaire and depth interviews with consumers of organic food and their producers. Based on the results of the research, a model of consumer behaviour and a segment on which the producers should concentrate have been created. The thesis also suggests marketing recommendations which could be practically used.
