This thesis deals with a design of mural bathroom accessories that are used in households. The design respects clearly defined functions and simplicity of form. Hygiene standards and easy washability are important features. The main focus was to make different types of accessories look similar and compact and to make them organize bathroom utilities near the sink. Variability of usage in the bathrooms of all types is possible due to plastic materials of different colours. This set includes basic accessories that can be arranged by user.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with designs of an automatic water tap. During the development of my concept I availed a potential of optoelectronical sensors and created a tap with contactless water temperature control. An innovative variant of an automatic water tap was developed by a combination of modern technologies and materials. Final product was designed as an elegant and functional complement for modern public sanitary facilities.

Design of vases for flowers

The diploma thesis consists of three parts. The first part is devoted to the expression `vase{\crq} and further to the shift of the word vase and different use of vases in the selected historical periods. It deals with the meaning of flowers in the selected historical periods. The second part follows, which deals with lily and daffodil and reasoning of choice of these flowers. This part describes concepts of design of vases for these cut flowers. Next it deals with typology of vases, rules for designing of vases and rules for drapery. The third part deals with practical fabrication of vases for lily and daffodil. It describes technique of vases manufacturing with help of plaster moulds, and complete procedure for their fabrication. Following appendixes document the development of design of vases.
