Application of Lean Production Methods on the Workplace

The diploma thesis is focused on proposal of workplace modification according to the lean manufacturing methodology (DMAIC). The target is to minimize the wasting and to increase the production efficiency based on LEAN tools implementation. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic terms, such as primarily lean production, DMAIC, wasting. In the practical part there is at problem analysis using the DMAIC method, then the proposal for improvement is solved, that contains reduction of wasting, process of the project, timetable, costs and implantation of the solution, finally there is evaluated the benefit.

Distribution warehouses in Prague - construction technology project

The subject of this thesis is the construction and technological project for distribution warehouses in Prague. Textual part contains a technical report on construction technology project, wider relations of traffic routes with marked critical points, the study of the main technological stages of the building, principles of organization of construction, design of the main building machines and mechanisms, technological regulations, inspection and test plans, health and safety on the site. In the section with attachments there is a map of the locality, drawings of site facilities, including road signs, charts of the movement of machines, the schedule of the main building structure, the budget of the main building structure, a plan for securing material resources, time and financial plan, an economic evaluation of site facilities, details and other technical documentation stages.

Proposal of Marketing Plan and its Economical Evaluation

The main subject of this bachelor thesis is to create a marketing plan proposal for Maralex trade s. r. o. and subsequent implementation of these marketing stategies in the management of the company including economic evaluation of the situation. This company sells humorous gifts especially through the online store DárkyHry.cz The first part focuses on the theory of marketing planning. In the second part, attention is paid to the company and its desription. Subsequently, in the practical part is to analyze current situation of company and a formulating a marketing plan. Conclusion of the work will be devoted to my own designs solutions and economic evaluation.

Economic Evaluation of Acquisition Project

The diploma thesis focuses on the economic evaluation of the company acquisition project using methods of discounted cash flow, net present value and discounted payback period. The theoretical part of the thesis uses comprehensive view on modern methods of strategic and financial analysis, financial planning strategy and investment decision-making methods. The second half of the work contains practical part of strategic and financial analysis, calculated cost of equity, weighted average cost of capital and economic evaluation of the acquisition project itself.

Durability of polyurethane foams for upholstered furniture

The aim of this thesis is to examine the durability of polyurethane foam for upholstered furniture.
In the theoretical part are described the various types of forming materials and their service life according to the authors of the individual publications.
In the practical part is described itself to examination, which consists of several months of use of a piece of furniture with a variety of shaping surfaces.
In the final part are summarized the results of the practical part and the economic evaluation of the springing materials with a view to the durability of polyurethane foams.

Except teoretic part about entrepreneurship and business plan I will minutely engage to all requirements necessary for establish this project and I am also goitng to estimate how will first years of entrepreneurship look like.
