The subject of my master´s thesis, called „ multifunctional house in Liberec” is to design and elaborate project documentation of the multifunctional house in Liberec. Design of the building respect Land Use Plan of the town on side, and existing build-up area on the street on the other side. Building has one underground floor and three above ground stories. The Ground Floor is partly roofed by flat roof. The third floor has terrace and it´s roofed by saddleback roof.

Semi-detached Multifunctional Building in Prostějov

This thesis is focused on the design and preparation of project documentation multifunctional building in Prostejov. Building has a basement, six floors and the last floor is the attic. The structural system is longitudinal wall and is made of Porotherm system. Floors are made of ceramic panels Heluz. Roof is designed as Gambrel roof. The building is connected to the next building.

Multifunctional building on Burian Square in Brno

The work is focused on the construction of the multifunctional building in the atypical-shaped corner area on Burian Square in Brno. The house has four floors above the ground and one underground floor. The architectural design was created according to the requirements of the city-part authority - enlarge the city road and maximize the usability of the whole parcel.

Proposed office and apartment building is situated in the north-west area of the city of Jihlava. Office and apartment building is designed as four-storey detached house, flat roof with a single casing. There are three shops and common area in the 1st floor. In the second floor there are situated 4 apartments consisting of two rooms and a house cellar in the centre of the house. The third floor is of the same pattern as the second one. In the fourth floor there are 4 apartments consisting either of one room or three rooms and a house cellar in the centre of the house as well. The total number of the apartments is 12. The house is made of building system VELOX.

Free-standing multi-functional building with five floors, partial basement with monotube flat roof. The building is designed for use permanent housing, medical offices and office. The construction is solved as a system construction company Velox. Thermal insulation is part of Velox.

Multifunctional Building

The aim of this diploma thesis is to elaborate a project documentation for a construction of a polyfunctional house in Trebic. The emphasis is placed on a procedure respecting valid standards and prescripts. The object is designed as a four-floor building without basement, the ground floor serving as a location for services (florist’s, hairdresser’s and a café) and technical facilities of the object. The remaining three floors contain 11 apartments. The house is built using the Heluz brick system, and has a flat, single-skin roof.

The subject of my master´s thesis “Multi-functional Building” is to make operating project documentation to a building in Boskovice that is drawn as an energy saving house. The concept of the house respects the territorial plan of the city and complements the existing buildings. The house has a basement and three floors with a hipped roof. In the basement there is a cellar and technical background for the object in the 1st floor are 2 establishments , hairdressing salon and a cafe and 2nd floor and 3rd floor are designed for housing.

The thesis deal a project documentation of a multifunctional building, which is a multi-purpose sports hall with facilities and penthouses. The object is designed as a three-storey, semi-basement in a slightly sloping terrain. The roof of the hall aisle truss and above the background is a saddle.

SPATIAL CULTIVATION KOLÁČEK SQUARE IN SLAVKOV (AUSTERLITZ)

The project seeks to return the importance Koláčkova square within the town. Modifying a own recovery gives the required city-forming element. Also, the function of the new buildings will increase usage of center. Information center, library, reading room, cafe and rooms for rent and housing for people over 50 years of creating polyfunctional buildings. Suitably elected ratio of built and unbuilt space adds the square of appropriate scale.

New Multifunctional Use of Manufacturing Facility of Former Vlněna Factory in Brno

The aim of the project is reconversion design of the chosen group of objects in former textile factory Vlnena into polůyfunctional house; and also to strenghten the genius loci of this site. Main theme of the work will be finding new functional use, as well as appropriate service and disposition solution of the polyfunctional object. This area was used by industry for more than 150 years. Before establishing the two of the most concerns, there were plenty of small manufactures. The overal stagnation of the textile industry in Brno has resulted in moral and technical degradation and its transformation into the „brownfield“.
