Design of Universal Equipment for Tire Cutting
Kohoutek, Petr ; Veselý, Oldřich (referee) ; Prokeš, František (advisor)
The main content of of this thesis is a construction design and analysis of a machine for cutting tires. The resulting solution emerges from the design options and the option that meets the best selection criteria is chosen. Then the thesis stops for a while at the choice of cutting technology and tries to exemine its suitability for cutting tires. In its other part there is an attempt to clarify the relevant parts of the machine, where the benefits of three-dimensional views is used. Basic design and check calculations are done in the selected machine parts.
Utilization unconventional beam technology (LASER/water jet) in machine
Horáček, Lukáš ; Slaný, Martin (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
This thesis deal with utilization unconventional beam technology (LASER/ water jet) in machine. The aim works is analysis technological possibility method laser and analysis technological possibility method water jet. Further aim of this work is mutual trade-off of the both methods unconventional beam technology and technical economic interpretation.
Status quo and future of unconventional technology water jet in conditions of industry Czech republic
Steiner, Martin ; Slaný, Martin (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
Description of basic principle of water jet unconventional method. Description and characteristics of water jet machining. Analysis of technological potential and operation severity. Status quo and future in the Czech Republic industry condition. Comparison of water jet to other jet methods.
Water Jet Cutting
Odehnal, Ondřej ; Fic, Miloslav (referee) ; Kárník, Jan (advisor)
The following bachelor’s thesis deals with an unconventional technology of waterjet cutting. Content of the thesis is focused on the description of the technology, basic classification and description of utilization methods. Machinery used in this technology is described below. At the beginning, this work introduces the history and describes the principle of the water jet. Following is the classification of the methods used for water jet. The most important components of devices operating with this technology are described in the next section. The last part is the description and evaluation of an experimental verification of theoretical knowledge. The quality of cut and the behavior of the water jet was examined for different cutting parameters on cutting samples. Evaluation of the thesis is included in the conclusion.
A COMPARISON OF THE WATER JET CUTTING AND LASER TECHNOLOGIES
Chamrad, Jakub ; Zlámal, Jan (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the introduction of non-conventional technology into the manufacturing workplace, mainly water jet and laser cutting. The first two chapters are research about water jet machining and laser. A practical part of my thesis was carried out with the assistance of Honeywell and involved comparing the efficiency of an older laser cutting machine against and new one for water jet machining.
Water jet cutting of material
Chmelař, Zdeněk ; Jandourek, Pavel (referee) ; Habán, Vladimír (advisor)
This bachelors thesis is focused on explaining the broad issue of the non-conventional machining by water jet. Introductory chapters deal with various techniques and methods of water-jet cutting. Then the following text provides us with a detailed description of the machine itself. The third chapter is focused on the technology of cutting and quality of the resulting surface and the possibility of affecting it by technological parameters. Before the conclusion there is evaluation of the benefits of water jet cutting.
Cutting of materials using wasteless technologies
Voráček, Martin ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
Thesis contains literary review of wasteless metal cutting technologies. Technologies of shearing sheets, rods, bars and pipes are described, as well as laser, plasma and water jet cutting. The description of each of these methods consists of both physical principle and practical use, including examples of technological devices. Furthermore, main advantages and disadvantages of each method are discussed with regard to small batch or mass production.
