The Stress Analysis of the Beam with Thin Web - Influence of the Holes and Tensile Effect of Web Buckling
Horák, Marek ; Petrásek, Miloslav (referee) ; Jebáček, Ivo (referee) ; Píštěk, Antonín (advisor)
In design of an aircraft structure, the great emphasis is placed on achieving high weight efficiency. This thesis is focused on the stress analysis of the spars with thin web with or without web openings, which is one of the most important parts of the airplane structures. In comparison with traditional spars or beams, which are widely used in civil engineering applications, the design of the beam with thin web is more complicated. Thesis contains useful information for analytical calculation of this type of spars and its verification using finite element method and experimental measurement.
Safe-life extension program for ZLIN Z 126 and 226 airplanes
Jančář, Milan ; Juračka, Jaroslav (referee) ; Augustin, Petr (advisor)
This master's thesis discusses the possibilities of safe-life extension program for ZLIN Z 126 and 226 airplanes, which despite their age and long-end production are still widespread and popular not only in the Czech Republic. The age of these aircraft is also related to the fact, that some aircraft are already approaching its border life, so there is an interest for the longest possible technical and legislative airworthiness. As mentioned in my bachelor's thesis, during the existence of this model series, there was no major damage occurred, except for sporadic exfoliation corrosion of wing flanges. Experience with maintenance of this aircraft points to certain underestimation of the current 5500hrs lifetime and it is obvious to suggest possible steps to increase the current limit. The thesis is therefore considered in this context the possibility of producing new wing flanges made of another material, performed the calculation for wing fatigue exchanged with flanges and designed technological process of this exchange, so that ZLIN Z 126 and 226 airplanes can be safely operated in the future.
Spatial Decomposition for Differential Equation Constrained Stochastic Programs

Roof construction over scating ring
Pospíšilová, Lenka ; Pinkas, Karel (referee) ; Klusáček, Ladislav (advisor)
This document describes the design of the roof structure for the dimensions of the rink. It was designed and evaluated three roofing solutions – steel truss structure, concrete arch with external prestress and prestress truss roof girder with concrete roof panel. One option was selected – prestress truss girder. This variant has been further developed. In the beginning was drafted several proposals geometry respecting the demands on the type of construction. Within the static calculation was created a mathematical model of the structure of the program Scia Engineer. Using this model were obtained values needed for the assessment of individual elements of construction and design assessment as a whole for the ultimate limit state and usability. According to the proposed geometry and opinions parts of the structure was drawing documentation structure as a whole and individual parts of the structure solved in this thesis. The last proposal was visualized structures together with the phases of the construction by program ArchiCAD and rendered by program Artlantis.

Steel structure of a military museum
Šašinka, Jakub ; Barnat, Jan (referee) ; Štrba, Michal (advisor)
The diploma thesis describes the design and assessment of steel structure of the roofing of the military museum in Králíky. The supporting structure of hall is 40.00 meters span. The total layout are 55.93 x 72.04 m, building height 11.43 m, 16.11 m pylon height. Main construction material is steel, grade S355, secondary constructions are made from steel grade S235, rods are made from steel grade S460. I did optimization of steel structure and chose the best option. For this option I made detailed structural analysis. It is prepared by static analysis of the main load-bearing parts of the structure, including joints and details. The supporting structure of hall consists in the transverse direction from the curved spatial lattice structure made of steel circular tubes which hang on rods on a sloped pylon. Part of the report is open-air roofing.
