Identification of critical speeds using unbalance response data
Balda, Miroslav
A new method of the identification critical speeds out of noisy measurements of rotor responses to an unknown unbalance is described. The identification procedure is based on the fitting experimental data by a response of a Single-Imput Single-Output **em. The method yields natural frequencies with dampings of the rotor out of data measured at a certain point of a machine. The result may serve to estimating planes of modal components of an unbalance.

Building of road network in the frame of the plan of common appliances during the years 1995-2011 in the land offices České Budějovice and Český Krumlov in the dependence on the trends of their building prices
PULTR, Michal
Building of field roads following the complex reparcelling follows from the plan of joint facilities and is proposed with respect to the given cadastre. In the Czech traffic rules, field road is mentioned as a kind of purpose-built communication. The Czech norm No. 73 6109 defines it as a of purpose-built communication, serving preliminarily to the farmers, but potentially having also other function. It can serve as a bicycle path, pedestrian path and mainly as a road for motor vehicles enabling the owners to reach fields in their possession and their rational use. Field roads and the surrounding vegetation contribute to the landscape scenery and its biodiversity, permanently and clearly determine the borders between fields and cadastres. In summary, they contribute to stability of the cadastre. My task was to evaluate the newly-built joint facilities, namely the road network, from the point of view of their costs for the land offices České Budějovice and Český Krumlov. Therefore, I used the data offered to me by these offices. All these data are summarised in chapter 5: Results and Discussion. In the Summary, I put together all the new findings and the course of building prices during 2000 - 2011.

Technology of milking with milking robot in relationship to dairy welfare
KOUTEK, Martin
The theme of this bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of influence of milking technology by milk machine on welfare milk cow. Ethologic displays of milk cows after milking and various parameters related to milking were found out. The main parameters were the amount of attempts to place teat-cups, the time from milk cow?s entering into the robot to successful placing all four teat-cups, the whole time of milking and the time between every single milking. Further, the need of fluid and food intake and lying down in the 30 minutes after milking were observed during the ethologic observation. At the end of the observation the state of health of milk cows with focus on mammary gland illnesses was assessed. Ethologic observations took place twice, always last 24 hours and the results were compared with the order of milk cow?s lactation and with every single observation. Part of the data were gain during the observation itself and part from the milk machine?s database. During both observations the average amount of attempts to place teat-cups was detected as about 1.6 per one milking. The average time from milk cow?s entering into the box to placing teat-cups was 2 minutes and 18 seconds. The whole time of milking per 24 hours was 12 hours and 37 minutes during the first observation and 11 hours and 48 minutes during the second observation. The time between milking was on average 11.5 hours when milking twice a day and about three hours when milking three times a day. As far as the activity in the 30 minutes after the milking is concerned, milk cows had similar habits, bigger difference was in fluid intake both from the viewpoint of every single observation and from the viewpoint of the order of milk cow?s lactation as well. The need of food intake was on average at 84 % of observed milk cows, the need of fluid intake was on average at 37 % of observed milk cows and the need of lying down was at 7 % of observed milk cows. The amount of mammary gland illnesses was at a low level. During the observations was found out that the using of milking machines has positive influence on welfare milk cows. Milk cows had permanent access to water and food, in the stable was quality climate, the amount of mammary gland illnesses was negligible. Milk cows had enough of space and were calm because they did all activities during the day wholly voluntarily.

Issues of punishment for traffic offences
Antošová, Ivana ; Novotný, Oto (advisor) ; Gřivna, Tomáš (referee)
Résumé This thesis is focused on issues of punishment for traffic offences. Road traffic is an inherent part of our daily life and influences all its aspects. A number of factors can contribute to the risk of collision: vehicle design, speed of the drive, traffic conditions, driver's impairment or alcohol. Motor vehicle collisions and other traffic accidents often lead to death, permanent disabilities or injuries and cause damage which means significant financial losses to both society and the individual. Almost each of us gets to witness a traffic accident or (sadly) become its victim. Individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents can be held financially liable for the consequences of the accident, such as material damages, injuries or death of passengers and drivers. The aim of this thesis is to describe the causes and the course of traffic accidents, the types of driving offences, crimes that can be committed and especially the penalties which can be imposed in different cases. It also reflects the way the society reacts to respective penalties and deals with punishments for those who caused the accident. In the introduction I focused on definition and characteristics of traffic offences. Furthermore I determined the notion of traffic accident and its causes. The following part introduces respective...

The Development and the Role of International Criminal Justice in Today's World
Permanová, Lucie ; Pulgret, Miroslav (advisor) ; Karásek, Tomáš (referee) ; Karlas, Jan (referee)
This thesis deals with international criminal justice, which began to influence international politics during the last twenty years. After the end of the Cold War, a lot of armed conflicts were breaking out. They were accompanied by unprecedented inhuman acts and atrocities. The international community had to find a solution for how to respond to such events. In 1993, the United Nations Security Council acted under Chapter VII of The Charter of the United Nations and decided unanimously upon the establishing of an ad hoc International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. The Tribunal's role was to prosecute persons responsible for serious violations of international humanitarian law committed during the Balkans conflict. A year later, in 1994, the Security Council decided to establish another ad hoc tribunal - The International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, which served to punish the architects of Rwandan genocide. Both tribunals sped up negotiations and the decision to establish the permanent International Criminal Court, whose objective is to help end impunity for the perpetrators of the most serious crimes of concern to the international community. The crime of genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity and in the future the crime of aggression. Firstly, this thesis analyses the ad...

Návrh podzemní stěny ovlivněné výkopem z obou stran
Kočičková, Veronika ; Polák, Barnabás (referee) ; Uhrin, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this thesis was simplified design of diaphragm wall affected by excavation from both sides. This wall is a part of temporary shaft that serves for exchange of tunnel boring machines and at the same time it is a permanent structure of an adjacent metro station. Part of the thesis deals with description of construction sequence of diaphragm walls, excavation of the shaft, excavation of the adjacent metro station and following construction of metro tubes and backfilling of the shaft. Inseparable part of the thesis is assessment of geological conditions and geotechnical parameters. Furthermore, a study on temperature loads on struts was carried out and the results of the study were used for design of the struts. To fulfil the requirements of the assignment several models of the shaft structure and adjacent metro station were built in program Plaxis and one model of the diaphragm wall of the shaft was created in program Geo5. The model outputs were subsequently compared to each other. Furthermore a model of lateral support frame was created in program Scia Engineer. Outputs from programs Plaxis and Scia Engineer were used as a basis for design checks of the structure. The design checks were done according to Eurocodes. The diaphragm wall and the lateral support frame were designed to support the loads considered in this thesis. In order to simplify the calculation variable loads from construction machines were not considered and the only variable load considered was the temperature load on struts. Lateral support frame was also designed to accidental load – loss of a strut.
