The Bachelor thesis purveys the information of the taxation of the non-profit organizations focused on the income tax of the legal entity. In the practical part is processed analyses of the taxation of the specific non-profit organization (The Hospital and Polyclinic Havířov). The first chapter defines what non profit organizations really are, what are their goals and missions, what are their ownership of property, how the organizations manages funds, what are their obligations in the field of bookkeeping and how they establish profit and tax base. The second part contains a detailed analysis of the situation in the hospital. The third part is devoted to design optimization of tax income tax hospital with an emphasis on using all legally permissible discounts and deductions.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Firm and Proposals to its Improvement

Bachelor's thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial position of the company Baťa, a.s. during the four years between 2005 and 2008. The results are taken from the company's financial statements for the period under consideration. The first part of the thesis is based on clear theory, which is important to the overall understanding of the financial position. Then secondly we introduce information about the firm and its neighbourhood in the form of basic factual information, and provide a SWOT analysis, a Porter's model and a 4P marketing mix analysis. In the third part of the thesis we provide information on the current implemented financial analysis position of the company and then most importantly in the final part there are proposals to help improve the financial position of the company on the basis of the information provided.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of financial situation of the company JAN ŠMOLÍK, s.r.o. from the year 2004 to 2008 carried out on the basis of selected methods of financial analysis. The results of the analysis were used to draw exact conclusions and to propose specific arrangements with the aim to improve current financial situation of the company.

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on the examination of financial standing of the comapany KVS EKODIVIZE, a.s. in the period from 2006 to 2008 on the basis of elementary methods of the financial analysis. Thesis consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical. Fisrt part of the thesis contains informations about the company and contains theory which is important to evaluation of the financial statements. Next part represents application of financial analysis methods to assess the financial situation of the company with concrete proposals on future improvement of financial situation in company and evaluation of global estate.

In my Bachelor‘s thesis I will evaluate the financial situation of the company Ekol spol. s.r.o. between the years 2005 and 2008. This evaluation will be done based on the financial reports according to Czech accounting standards. In the first part of this thesis I will evaluate the current situation of the company, in the second part I will describe solutions based on theoretical methods. Then I will do a financial analysis of the company, finally I will summarize individual analyses and highlight problematic areas and follow with suggested methods of resolution.

This bachelor’s work is directed to consider the performance of company by ekonomical indexes and time series. In the first part of work, which we can call theoretical, there will be explained instruments, which were used during the work. The second part will be practical, here will be counted main economical indexes, which are the most important for company and thanks these outcomes will be created time series, which will advice, which direction the company being developed. The goal of my work is to analyze the present state of company and tell the hypotize, which could lead to increase the performance of the company.
