Solutions for using micro cogeneration in places where are not primarily available gas or liquid fuels

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the usage of micro cogeneration units in the places where gas and liquid fuels are not primarily available. In the research part, the available technologies and the current condition of the market of micro cogeneration units, which use solid fuels, especially biomass, are described. In the technical-economical part, there is a design of the specific unit whose thermal output corresponds to the thermal rated loss of the chosen building. The payback period of the unit with a gasifier and with a combustion engine is estimated in the cases when the chosen building is currently heated by: lignite, wooden chips, electricity and the combination of natural gas and coke.
Economic Analysis of Construction Project Carried out by Private Investor

The thesis focuses on investment project for revitalization in agricultural brownfields. In the theoretical part the problem of the brownfields is described. In addition, it is focused on investment problem, especially investment decision sources of financing and economic evaluation of investments. The practical part deals with the specific case of brownfield revitalization, and its economic assessments. The goal of this section is a recommendation to the investor whether to complete the revitalization and for what purpose.
Evaluation of Economic Efficiency of low-energy Construction

The aim of this thesis is to assess the economic efficiency of A low-energy construction. The paper focuses on low-energy construction, its characteristics, devision, material options, methodology of evaluation and possibility of economic assessment in regard to investment costs.The practical part of the Bachelor paper focuses on comparing the investment and operating costs for the construction of low-energy house to a classic one. Further, there is a survey of public opinion researched in the form of opinion poll, which deals with the willingness to investmore money in a low-energy construction with a hope for future savings. The outcome of this thesis will present the calculation of returnability of an investment on the construction of a reference object in a low-energy version.

In the practical section, I focus on establishing of input data, which are used for calculation of indicators of economic efficiency. Mainly, economic result and cash flow. The result of this part is recommendation for an investor, about whether he/she should realise the project.

Diploma thesis has a character of a feasibility study which may serve for implementation of a smaller development project. This project is focused on the creation of student dormitory on university level by reconstructing an administration building. The goal of the thesis is to present a basic structure of implementation of such development project from construction and operation view and in terms of financial evaluation based on requirements of a private investor. Furthermore, the document describes in detail the Slovak accommodation market, reasons for such an investment, aspects of reconstruction, operating plan and financial side of the entire investment. The sources of financing and evaluation the insulation of school facilities

The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the consequences of building insulation educational facilities. The aim is to determine whether the construction insulation manifest themselves in the cost management of school facilities as well as in the cost management of the town district, which is their legal founded. Source data of the thesis are energy audits, documents containing data on actual heat consumption, publicly available data on the financial statements of educational facilities and district budgets. The final results confirmed that the insulation brought a positive impact on both the cost management of the surveyed kindergartens and the cost management of the district. So, the investment into insulation was spent effectively. This is also evidenced by the results of the payback period and net present value.

The goal of this Diploma Thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of agricultural company AGRO BYSTŘICE a. s. (JSC) in their investment decisions. The thesis has been divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part has been dealing with the investment's issues as well as with the profitability of investment projects. It continues with the subject of financial analysis and its individual indicators. The practical part concentrates on the company AGRO BYSTŘICE a.s. issues and its investment project. It evaluates the economic profitability of the given project by means of theoretical findings. It considers the results of financial analysis of the company before and after the implementation of investment project.
The debts from a law, accounting and tax aspekt in a conditions of the Czech republic

From an economic point of view the claims mean a capital part of a company. They are a special part of intangible property and a treatment with them mean very complicated juristic, accounting and tax probems. The claim means a reason of creditor to urge to debitor a charge of definite engagement. Ever business subject can secure the discharge of the engagement by the help of a security instrument, for example of an advance, a right of lien, a penalty, a liability etc. When the claim will become after all these precautions the overdue claim, the creditor must face up to costs of their recovery, for example by the help of a forfaiting, a factoring, a eviction recovery, a bilateral cleaning of claims etc. The overdue claims we can depreciace or create discretionary entries on them under the rule of law or of bylaw. The company should realize all these facts and keep a general and consistent register of claims. The register is an objectives of this work.
