Analysis and operation management of a new production in company

The thesis analyses manufacturing process of wooden handles as a component part of bench chisels. The introductory part summarizes basic theoretical knowledge regarding production process, production preparation, production management and cycle, as well as layout of the workplace. The main part focuses on analysis of wooden handle production with the use of in-dustrial engineering methodology. Analysis of material flow, workplace arrangement, methodics 5S, low-cost automation, pull system, Kanban and utilization of waste were carried out in order to find improvement possibilities in the wooden handles production. Solutions for better production efficiency and increase of production capacity are proposed from the findings of this thesis.

Analysis of the production process of company

In the theoretical part of this work are described the manufacturing process, structure and production management, quality management in the producion and logistics and financial management. It was taken as a base for practically part of this work, where is writen about company functioning, the description of functioning of the production process and its leadership, including importance of duality and logistics in the manufacturing process. There were proposed the possibilities of improving in the manufacturing process and cost savings in storage and transport of the material. Finally was described the economic situation of the company.

Production management in the selected company

This Bachelor thesis analyses manufacturing process of one of the main products of chosen company that produces hand tools. The introductory part sums up basic theoretical terms of this topic. The main part analyses the manufacturing process itself, the flow of material and capacity of individual workplaces, with the aim to find drawbacks of the current situation. Solutions to more effective production are proposed from the facts found, as well increase of the production capacity for the specific product.

This bachelor thesis discusses analysis of present condition of production and other processes connected to logistical activities in the selected company, which deal with processing of parts for automotive industry. The introduction provides a summary on the basic theoretical principles and terms related to the aforesaid area. The main part of this work is oriented on the analysis itself with the goal to identify the defects of the current situation. Based on the results and findings of of such analysis, alternatives for racionalisation and higher effectiveness of production management, material flow and information system are presented.

The Development Of Company Staff Involvement

The aim of this work was to evaluate the development of selected staff in a manufacturing concern during the years of 2002 {--} 2005. The company is anonymously marked as "A". There were on the average of 280 workers along tracked period on the premises. The theoretical part deals with relevancy of company staff involvement and monitors points that affects staff behaviour and decision making. The practical part characterizes production workers, managers and administrative staff. It includes analyses of questionnaire inquiry. Interviewees were sampled from the company staff according to their occupations. It was used the statistical method {--} spectrum. It were gained these main findings: - leading factors such as worker´s requirements on improvement of interpersonal relations; growth of remuneration for work; - sense of equally high knowledge rate according to job performance; - agreement with operating company conditions; - there are not uniquely determinated findings in subordination evaluation. Subordinates reproach to approximately one´s half of managers the managerial disabilities, whereas surplus evaluation is opposite.
