Structure of indebtedness of citizens in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic

This thesis analyses the structure of indebtedness of citizens in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. Emphasis is put on segmentation of loans based on microeconomic characteristics. Classification involves not only parameters of loans, but also attributes of creditors and debtors. The objective is to provide an integrated overview of categories of indebtedness of households and their comparison for both of the analysed countries.
Financial analysis of the company Starobrno, a.s - application of the bankruptcy and bonity models

Financial analysis of the beer producer Starobrno, a.s aims at assessing the financial situation, stability, liquidity and profitability of this company. The paper employs standard methods and tools for the assessment of financial health; it also provides the application of the bankruptcy and bonity models. The analysis is based on the publicly available information. It uses statutory information published by the company, such as Annual Reports. The paper concludes with the assessment and interpretation of the results.
Analysis of the trend of czech households´ indebtedness

The bachelor thesis deals with the trend of growing czech households' indebtedness. It is focused on financial behavior of czech households in the sphere of debts and loans. The part one describes common banking and non-banking credit products, legislation of providing loans to czech households and consequences of possible indebtedness. In part two there are analyzes of households' debt with banks and non-banking institution, in view of time period, structure and causes. The thesis includes also comparison with situation in the European Union.
Financial analysis of company

This graduation thesis deal with the financial analysis of the Limited Liability Company. The financial analysis is elaborated for the needs of the company owner and it covers the period of time 2005-2009. To evaluate the company financial position I use standard methods, e.g. - horizontal and vertical analysis, calculations of profitability, activity, liquidity, productivity of labour and indebtedness. At the end of the thesis I give a complex evaluation of the company and suggest some measures for the financial innovation of the company.

An external financial analysis of Rudolf Jelínek company is theme of this dissertation. Dissertation is divided into two parts: the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part contains explanation and substantiation of the chosen indicators and explanation of the usage of enter data. The practical part contains horizontal and vertical analysis, indicators of profitability, liquidity, activity, indebtedness and failure models. The found results and trends of particular indicators are analysed and commented.
A judgment of the predicability efficiency of the prediction models on the basis of financial statements of the Altreva Ltd. and Jitex Inc. corporations

The thesis deals with the predicability efficiency of prediction models, which represents integral part of financial analysis. These models could be divided into bankruptcy prediction and solvency models. The aim of the listed models is to determine level of financial health of selected companies with a few year prospects. As a representative of the companies, which went bankrupt, was selected Jitex Inc., which fold in 2009 and going concerns represents Altreva Ltd. In the theoretical part various financial ratios and prediction models are described with their expected characteristics. These descriptions also include explenation of models construction. The practical part provides concrete results of used prediction models and financial ratios of Altreva and Jitex. A special attention is paid to Jitex Inc. in 2006, where the prediction models could be misjudged by high level of artificially overvalued profit. The practical aim of this study is an extensive specification of tests along with their suitability to predict fitness of companies within the Czech economy framework.
Customer lending´s in the Czech Republic.

This bachelor thesis focuses on customer lending's questions in the Czech Republic. The first part describes incentives to get in debt and legal characteristics of customer lending (contract essentials, types of loans, annual percentage rate of costs). Main part is dedicated to separate providers of customer lending on the Czech market both in theoretic description and particular loans'calculation. In conclusion it considers the trend of indebtedness in Czech Republic.
Analyse of the regional economic power based on financial situation of the local subjects

The aim of this bachelor work was to create the method for comparison of regions' financial situation with a view to municipalities, legal entities, entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations. The method can help to take a decision about company or person localisation. The subjects were studied from two points of view with help of several indicators, which were chosen on the basis of their ability to make a statement. The first view was static, the subjects were separately analyzed in two consecutive periods. The second view was dynamic, there were compared two periods and observed the changes of the indicators. The results of the method were a source for interpretation of more economic-balanced region and for estimation of possible regional development.
The Comparison of the Development of State Budget in the Czech Republic and Slovakia in 2002 - 2007

This bachelor thesis is aimed at the comparison of the development of state budget in the Czech Republic and Slovakia in 2002 - 2007. The main target of the thesis is focused on finding of the fundamental differences in the content and the structure of revenues and expenditures of state budget and on comparing the development of debt. This thesis is concerned with a comparison of approved reforms in both countries as well. Data from Eurostat and Ministry of Finance of both the Czech Republic and Slovakia were used primarily. The results of research proved not only lots of differences in some groups of revenues and expenditures but also e. g. a different trend in the development of indebtedness in both countries.
Relationship between growth of indebtedness and inflation

The subject of this work is account of connection between indebtedness and inflation, tries to explain interactions and influences which effects on both values and influence them. Attention will be concentrated on influence of monetary measure to offer of inside money and then to total level of indebtedness. Nevertheless the rate of indebtedness loses feedforward to loanable funds market because of fractional banking system whereas accumulative dimension of credit increases risk that debts will not be refunded. In connection Austrian theory of cycle will be discussed likewise influence credit expansion with inflation and with economic growth assigned economy.
