Design of electric longboard
Rýznarová, Adéla ; Křenek, Ladislav (referee) ; Haltof, Vladimír (advisor)
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the design of an electric longboard. The main goal is to design a product with an innovative look, shape, with an emphasis on practicality, safety and commercial attractiveness. The work is based on the current state of knowledge and was created with emphasis on respecting technical and ergonomic requirements. The resulting product will find its application mainly as an alternative means of transport in urban or suburban environments.
Development of KNX installation demo-board
Mitrenga, Michal ; KNX), Josef Kunc (Národní asociace (referee) ; Fiedler, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to compile a demonstration panel as an example of the functions of intelligent electrical installation KNX. One of the advantages of this system bus is the ability to use devices from multiple manufacturers. A total of 20 devices from 12 different manufacturers are used in this work. The work begins with an explanation of the principle on which the KNX system bus works, followed by a description of the equipment used and the electrical connection of the switchboard according to the wiring diagram. Next, how the whole panel was revived is described. The next chapter contains a detailed description of device programming in ETS, ie setting parameters for individual devices and assigning group addresses. The last chapter deals with visualization and remote control. It explains how a communication channel was created to connect the panel to a server from FlowBox. Using the web interface on this server, a visualization was created, which can be used to remotely control the entire panel from anywhere.
Parametrizable Music Instrument for Mobile Platforms
Řezáč, Martin ; Mlích, Jozef (referee) ; Černocký, Jan (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to create an application, which will be primarily used as three-axis parametrizable musical instrument, respectively a modifi ed MIDI controller, suitable for Android devices. Firstly, several products, which are available on the market, are reviewed and the reader is introduced to the problematics of audio synthesis, available technologies and typical Android device potential. The next chapter is dedicated to application design. Few designs are mentioned with focus on the chosen design concept. A part of this chapter is also a speci cation of the original concept, its implementation and advantages/disadvantages. The next part is dedicated to implementation and optiomalization of some of the critical points. Also the tests are evaluated including a survey about application usability. At the end, the whole work is concluded and the further development is outlined.
Teleoperation Interface for a Semi-Autonomous Vehicle Using Virtual Reality
Revický, Peter ; Kapinus, Michal (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
The goal of this work is to come up with user interface in virtual reality for vehicle robot teleoperation that is equipped with cameras, Velodyne laser distance meter and localization system. The user interface is designed with generally accepted methods for creation of user interfaces in virtual reality. This work also deals with the problem of sickness from VR. The user interface is implemented in Unity3D game engine. The HTC Vive Pro virtual reality kit was used during implementation and testing.
Inteligentní rukavice pro ovládání RC modelu pohybem ruky
CHYTRA, Petr
The Bachelor thesis deals with design and construction of the smart glove and RC car model. This glove will control the RC car wirelessly. The movement of the hand with the glove is processed by Arduino to operate the RC model. Moreover, some safety features are implemented, for instance an ultrasonic proximity sensor in the RC model, or a vibration of a glove to warn the driver about obstacles.
Vehicle for Small and Remote Space Mapping
Koupý, Pavel ; Veľas, Martin (referee) ; Beran, Vítězslav (advisor)
This work describes process of making a robotic vehicle for remote mapping of small indoor spaces and areas. Such process involves design and construction, selection and connection of used electronic parts and implementation of interface witch wil provide set of tools as remote control, camera stream or autonomous space search.
Multimode VHF Receiver
Hradňanský, Vladimír
The aim of this work is to design a microprocessor-controlled multimode VHF radio which can receive AM, FM and DAB. The design of the receiver circuits comes from the singlechip programmable defined radio Si4689 which covers all required modes. The control unit based on RTOS SC23 processor contains a firmware which ensures all needed function of the prototype. The firmware has been verified including testing of all parameters. A multi-mode FM radio, MP3 player and on-line radio stream player operated via touch green and remote control and supported web management is the final result of this work.
Remote Control for Steam Engines Models
Benda, David
The aim of this project is to create a remote control for radio controlled model of steamboat. The entire device consists of two parts - a transmitter and receiver. Data transmission modules were selected from the company HopeFR communicating in a frequency band of 433 MHz. Currently the device is outfitted for steering a pair of model servo motors and five digital outputs. Simple adjustment facility can be extended as required.
Remote wireless control with encoded transmission
Polách, Matěj ; Hanák, Pavel (referee) ; Szabó, Zoltán (advisor)
This thesis deals with a wireless transmissions issues. It describes the device designing which communicate bidirectionally in free frequency band of 2.4 GHz. It deals with the modulation methods, coding and other wireless transmissions necessities and about prefabricated RF modules properties. It solves voltage level shifting which is essential for SPI communication between microcontroler and module.
Modern systems for lighting control
Klein, Tomáš ; Pavelka, Tomáš (referee) ; Bátora, Branislav (advisor)
This Master's thesis deals with intelligent installation systems, focused on lighting systems using the DALI bus system. Theoretical part of this work includes a list of currently available intelligent installation systems and its use in both households and industrial buildings. A summarizing description of KNX and DALI bus systems and their actuators and actuating units are a part of this paper. The practical part proposes two examplary boards designed for laboratories of UEEN VUT in Brno and describes its construction, as well as the programs necessary for its programming, control and monitoring. The outcome of this Master's thesis is a survey of possible remote control of DALI bus system's actuators and mutual compatibility of KNX and DALI bus systems. Furthermore, this paper includes background material for laboratory task, based on data found about remote control and DALI bus system's monitoring.
