Potencial for geothermal energy utilizing
Kohut, Vojtěch ; Bogdálek, Jan (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jiří (advisor)
The main purpose of this bachelor’s thesis is to collect all available literature, from which can reader obtain basic knowledge of geothermal energy practical usage possibilities. Geothermal energy comes from heart of our planet. As such it is ranked among renewable energy sources. Thesis describes direct heat utilisation for heat supply systems and electric power generation in geothermal power plants. It is also entertain about possible usage of low-potencial geothermal energy by the help of heat pumps.
Earth heat sources for heat pumps – vertical bored collectors
Pech, Ondřej ; Štětina, Josef (referee) ; Jaroš, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deal with utilization of vertical bored collectors like source heat for heat pumps. The theoretic part contains an introduction with history and principle of heat pumps, operational modes, explanation of heating factor, low potential heat sources, types of vertical collectors, development of drill hole, materials of vertical collectors, their dimensioning, installing, operational problems, environmentalism of operational and their preferences and deficiencies. The practical part is dedicated to comparing approximate investment and operating costs for heating and hot service water preparing for designed house of five types source of heat.
Earth heat sources for heat pumps – flat collectors
Houdek, Milan ; Štětina, Josef (referee) ; Jaroš, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to summarize the types of flat collectors and to compare them with the other sources of heat for heat pumps from the investment standpoint. Then to compare this kind of heating with the other kinds of heat sources for households in light of investment and operation costs. Finally, to find out usability of this heating source based on above-mentioned criterions.
Air-water heat pump
Ondráček, Miroslav ; Moskalík, Jiří (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with modern detached house heating by heat pumps. Heat pump is an energetic device able to withdraw (at relatively low temperature) thermal energy from surrounding environment and transform it to heat usable for heating a house or warming up water or a swimming pool. For the process to work, it is necessary to provide a little electrical energy to propel a compressor. Relation between thermal energy gained and electrical energy supplied is then called a heating factor. The heating factor is usually between 3 and 5 according to heat pump operating conditions. The lower is an output temperature, the higher is the heating factor. An underfloor heating operated at 35 degrees Celsius (while the house is warm enough) is ideal for using the heat pump. The thesis describes various heat pump types and their advantages and disadvantages. Air/water heat pump is then explained in more detail including estimation of investment rate of return compared to gas heating.
Heating of the exhibition rooms
Ženíšek, Pavel ; Vendlová, Lucie (referee) ; Vendlová, Lucie (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
The bachelor thesis delas with the heating of the exhibition rooms and preparation of the warm water. The building will be heated by plate radiators, convectors and underfloor heating. As a heat source is used a heat pump. Warm water is prepared in the DHW cylinder, heated by the heating water from the heat source. The project deals with the desig,n dimensioning and connection of these parts. The thesis also includes a theoretical part on the topic of underfloor heating.
Application of Alternative Energy Sources for Heating of the Home for the Elderly
Šicová, Pavlína ; Topič, Jan (referee) ; Vendlová, Lucie (advisor)
This thesis deals with the application of alternative energy sources for heating of the home for the elderly. In the theoretical part I focused on solar systems. The project is dealing with calculation of the design heat load, design of heating surfaces and distribution system, dimensioning included, design of heat source and hot water preparation.
Renewable sources of energy for residential houses.
Bergr, Josef ; Počinková, Marcela (referee) ; Formánek, Marian (advisor)
Aim of the bachelor thesis „Renewable soucers of energy for residential houses“, is the choice of the best alternative heat sources for heating and for hot water from a financial point of view. Therefore, a significant part of the thesis dedicated to economic assessment. In the first part are selected each combination of systems that will be rewarded in the second part are calculated total financial costs over the life of the individual systems. It selected the cheapest system that is subjected to detailed analysis and prepare a chart of financial costs, which is more accurate and performs its design and implementation project. The theoretical part of the legislation mentions and describes the approach to the design of renewable energy and other section is a brief overview of this issue.
Heating and hot water of football stadium facilities
Jebavá, Klára ; Topič, Jan (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
Subject of this bachelor thesis is to project central heating and hot water heating in football stadium complex. There is a suggestion to use a heat pump as a source in this facility, which will be heated by floor heating and heating bodies. Theoretical part deals with different types of heating pumps, specialized in detailed description of used type of soil and water. In the second part of this thesis I suggested the way of heating and the source of heating in this facility. In conclusion, I elaborated a project on the basis of previous calculating part.
Heating of multifunctional building
Čapek, Martin ; Topič, Jan (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
The task of processing bachelor’s thesis is the solution of concept of heating system with heating up water for a multifunctional building and subsequent suggestion of heat source. The object is independently located in the city of Havlickuv Brod. This multifunctional object consists of three floors with administrative facilities and the fourth is used as a restaurant. In the underground part of the building are garages. Heat loss is largely covered with under floor heating system. Ventilation of space is designed as forced. The sources of heat are heat pumps, auxiliary gas boiler and solar collectors.
Application of Renewable Energy Sources in Technical Services Systems of the Family House
Letochová, Jana ; Wierzbická, Helena (referee) ; Vendlová, Lucie (advisor)
This thesis deals with the types of alternative energy sources and possibilities of their use in family houses. The first part focuses on particular types of energy sources and their suitability for heating. In the second part, I suggested heating system for a house. Finally I present assessment of the energy performance of the building.
