Analysis of employee training and development in the organization

The Master's Thesis deals with the education and development of employees in the company OEZ. The aim is to analyze the education system in this organization, find strengths and weaknesses and recommend possible solutions. The component goal is to develop the theoretical basis of this issue, to the extent necessary for subsequent analysis and to conduct a survey among employees of the company, which shows their perception of the functioning of the education system. The theoretical part deals with the various stages of the education system, linked to strategy and to a lesser extent, the legal regulation of educational issues and links to other personnel activities. The practical part contains the characteristics of the company, the analysis phase of the education system in OEZ, evaluation of the functioning of this system from the perspective of its users - employees, a summary of the main strengths and weaknesses and suggestions for possible solutions.

Analysis of the education system in the company

The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current situation of the education system in the company BAEST Machinery Holding, Inc. Minor task is to map all steps of the education process in the concrete company with its strengths and weaknesses. To find out more about employee's satisfaction or dissatisfaction with corporate training was used a questionnaire survey that unfold skills development perception of course participants. The work is divided into theoretical and analytical part. The first mentioned contains human resources activities and stuff training described in detail steps together with methods and subjects. The theoretical block also contains results of the surveys carried out in the field of education in the ČR and abroad. The second part of this thesis is devoted to analyzing the education system in BAEST Machinery Holding, Inc. The introduction of the company is followed by the current situation of education in the firm. In detail are analyzed the steps of the systematic training cycle and published opinions of the employees in the form of survey results. In the conclusion are the proposals and recommendations to improve the educational activities of the company.

Practical part compares the theory with reality. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the system of staff education and development in Henkel company and propose suggestions for improvement of current system.

This diploma thesis focuses on corporate education. It concerns a company providing media planning which wished to remain anonymous. The thesis observes an education system of this company from two perspectives -- the company point of view as well as the employee point of view. The main aspects and weaknesses are pointed out. Based on these facts recommendations that would lead to a systematic approach improving effectiveness of corporate education are given.

Bachelor thesis is about: Proposal of education and development of managers in a specific company. Its goal is to propose an effective system of development and education of managers in company OKTE, a.s., which will be used as a base for the development and education plan. The thesis is divided in five chapters. First two chapters are theoretical chapters. The first one describes who is a manager and which requirements are put on him. The second chapter is dedicated to specific phases of the system of development and education of employees and specific methods of development and education. The last two chapters are targeted on a specific company. In the fourth chapter are the characteristics of the company OKTE, a.s. and the analysis of current situation of development and education of managers. The last chapter describes the specific proposal of development and education of managers which consists of four phases: identification of needs, planning, realization and evaluation.

The purpose of this thesis is the current education system in the company Termoplast Ltd. analysis, and propose posible solutions of identified deficiencies. The findings reported in the theoretical part and the subsequent application of these findings into practice subserve to achieve the goal of thesis. The practical part alalyze the education partly based on interviews with a responsible person, partly is the staff satisfaction with the current state of education in the company detected by the questionnaire. The intention is to maintain a comprehensive view on the subject.
The analysis of a system of corporate education

This Bachelor's thesis aims at analysing a system of corporate education of a particular company and at advocating a suggestion for enhancing its effectiveness. The first section comprises of a theoretical summary of the present issue, which in turn sets out the criteria for the evaluation of the foregoing report. The fundamental starting points essential for the carrying out of this analysis, as well as a list of methodology and mechanisms deployed in the course of execution of this thesis, are stipulated in the second section hereof. The main section contains an outline of typical features existent in the entire training scheme of the Nuclear Power Plant Mochovce. The following detailed analysis focuses on the break-down of and the appraisal of the specialist professional qualification, while it emphasises the individual phases of systematic education. I shall, based on a thorough evaluation and the undertaken research, attempt to propose a number of recommendations which, if implemented, could lead to an increase in the effectiveness of the specialist vocational training at the Nuclear Power Plant Mochovce.
