This work is focused on designing an air conditionning system for bank so as to meet functional, hygienic, architectural and operational requirements for microclimate of officer building. The main tasks of the device are covering heat gain of area of the bank in the summer and transportation of fresh air into the room. The system is also designed to cover the winter heat gains. The theoretical part is about the production of cold water for cooling buldings and the practical part contains two desings of ventilation and air conditioning system for bank. The result of this work is detailed design work for two air conditioning equipments for specified object.
Heating apartment building

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is design of heating system and warm water preparation of apartment building. The project consists of calculating heat losses, heat transfer surfaces designing, dimenzioning of pipes and designing of heat source for heating and warm water. The heat source is gas condensing boiler. Warm water in DHW cylinder is heated by heating water from boilers. The aim of theoretical part consist of gas condensing boiler.
Heating and hot water of pension

The Bachelor thesis deals with heating system and preparation of hot water for a boarding house building. In the thesis is introduced fundamental systematics of heat line water systems and heating distribution. By the most frequently used materials are identified advantages, disadvantages and possibilities of application. Piping joints are divided according to disassembleability and single options are furthermore described. In the calculating part is analyzed the particular building based on its characteristics. According to this analysis is the building classified from the viewpoint of energetic demands and therefore was determined its “Building envelope energy label”. Based on those and additional data was designed the heating system in correspondence with national regulations. Suggested solution takes in account efficiency, comfort, acquisition and operating costs.

The project is dealing with calculation of the design heat load, design of heating surfaces and distribution system, dimensioning included, design of heat source and hot water preparation.
Heating of Apartment Building

In my bachelor thesis I propose heating and the preparation of hot water in an apartment building in Most. It is a renovated brick house with free floors. In the calculation I deal with the design of heating surfaces, distribution of hot water, hot water preparation and the sources of heat. I designed panel and tubular radiators and floor convectors for the bulding. Hot water, two pipe and symmetric distribution. The house will use the central system of hot water preparation. I selected a separated preparation of hot water for the production of untility hot water and hot water for heating. There will be two boilers installed in the house - a condensing and a low-temperature one. The condensing boiler will serve to prepare hot water for heating and the low temperature boiler for the preparation of hot utility water. The theoretical part will focus on the issue of regulation.
Renewable sources of energy for residential houses.

Aim of the bachelor thesis „Renewable soucers of energy for residential houses“, is the choice of the best alternative heat sources for heating and for hot water from a financial point of view. Therefore, a significant part of the thesis dedicated to economic assessment. In the first part are selected each combination of systems that will be rewarded in the second part are calculated total financial costs over the life of the individual systems. It selected the cheapest system that is subjected to detailed analysis and prepare a chart of financial costs, which is more accurate and performs its design and implementation project. The theoretical part of the legislation mentions and describes the approach to the design of renewable energy and other section is a brief overview of this issue.
