Title: Testing comparison ofprofessional physical performance of selected components of the IRS and the utilisation of acquired knowledge in the Czech Republic Army. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to analyse the ways of testing of the examination of the professional physical performance of selected segments of IRS, their comparison and the potentials of implementation of the obtained results into the Czech Army's conditions. Methods: In this piece of work we have used methods routinely used during the examination of physical activitiesand methods of educational research. Results: The identification of differences in testing of physical performance between the Czech Republic Army and selected groups of IRS and recommendation for the implementation of testing of professional physical performance in the Czech Republic Army. Fire prevention during harvesting work in farms

The topic of the bachelor thesis "Fire Prevention in Harvest Work in Agricultural Enterprises" I chose because of the extreme increase of fires during the harvest works in 2015 compared to the last 5 years. This bachelor thesis solves the research question whether the harvesting works from the point of view of fire protection are protected in accordance with legal regulations. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate PO safety during harvest works and to propose measures to reduce the risk of fires occurring in these activities. The thesis is also focused on technical measures in the course of their own work and providing sufficient water resources for fire fighting. The practical part deals with the problems of fires in agriculture, statistics of fires for the period 2011 - 2015 and their causes. Part of the statistics is the comparison of temperatures and precipitation in the territory of the South Bohemian region for the period 2011 - 2015, which was published by the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute, which confirms the connection of excessive drought with an increased number of fires. The Bachelor's thesis also mentions the most extensive fire in the South Bohemian region in 2015 - Bavorov, Tourov. The results of the monitored statistics in the practical part show the highest increase of the negligence fires, the technical defects of the harvesting mechanization and the sparkling of the foreign object outside and inside the combines during the drought. For this reason, this thesis compares the current laws, decrees, regulations and standards with already invalid legislation related to the security of these works. As a result, it can be concluded that during the harvest season in 2015, these jobs were not sufficiently secured and the legislation did not deal with them in detail.

Mobile Web Accessibility of the Public Administration Institutions

When we are creating web pages it is important to think about accessibility. It does not matter if it is for normal user or user whose is using assistive technology. Especially if we are talking about public sector web sites which provide important information and have idea of accessibility stated in the public notice. The aim of this thesis is to check if nowadays practices accept idea of one web and its accessibility. Check will be aim on the services and information provided by Ministry of the Interior of Czech Republic. Procedure stating the idea of accessibility is 7 years old but technology is still improving. Because of that it is really important to find out how current practices accept idea of one site and its accessibility. Finding will be aimed at services and information provided by Ministry of the Interior of Czech Republic and their institutions. Testing of accessibility proceeds in two areas. In first area are selected pages tested for fulfilling the criteria stated in the public notice. In second area they are tested for complying the criteria which takes into consideration improvement of technology. Next is tested compliance with idea of one web site. All hypotheses are not met. Ministry of the Interior of Czech Republic and its institutions web sites comply only with hypotheses of one site but they do not comply with hypotheses of accessibility. Main finding is that Ministry of the Interior of Czech Republic and their institutions web sites does not comply with hypotheses of accessibility. It can lead to the worse usage of its web sites.

Historical evolution of fire brigades in Kralupy nad Vltavou

Title: Historical evolution of fire brigades in Kralupy nad Vltavou Objectives: The main target of the theses is to map the historical evolution of fire brigades in Kralupy nad Vltavou and to describe their current situation with the focus on the way of controlling, staffing and equipment. Methods:I used a method of semi-structured interviews with observers and background research of available historical sources. Results: Historical evolution and description of a current situation is monitored inside five fire brigades - Voluntary Fire Brigade Kralupy nad Vltavou, Voluntary Fire Brigade Kralupy nad Vltavou- Minice, Fire Brigade station Kralupy nad Vltavou, Synthos Fire Brigade Kralupy nad Vltavou and the Fire Brigade of Správa Železniční Dopravní Cesty in Kralupy nad Vltavou. The management of services for crisis situations

This bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of the provided services in the selected Volunteer Fire Brigade and with an assessment of the fact if the inhabitants of the locality are satisfied with the operation and activities of the fire brigade. The next goal of this thesis is an analysis of the fire brigade station in the selected city and an evaluation of the statistics of the number of fire responses during the selected period. The theoretical part contains the information concerning the crisis management and The Integrated Rescue System. The introduction of the practical part deals with an introduction of the volunteer fire brigade and the fire brigade station and a summary of its history, basic characteristics and a description of the activities which the brigades focus on. The penultimate chapter of the practical part deals with an analysis of the results of the questionnaire satisfaction survey concerning the operation of the volunteer fire brigade in the locality and with an assessment of the number of responses performed by the fire brigade station. The thesis conclusion contains suggestions for an operation improvement of the volunteer fire brigade in the locality which correspond to a better cohesion of the inhabitants in the locality. Furthermore, a suggestion for an increase of the number of responding firemen in the future is added.

Insurance Fraud in the Field of Real Estate - Deliberately Started Fires

The diploma thesis deals with insurance fraud and issues which comes with it. The thesis is divided into several units. The first part is dedicated to insurance fraud in general, the insurance industry in the past and in the present and legislation in the past and in the present in the area of today´s Czech Republic. The thesis continue with analyzing of fraudulent behavior according to perpetrator and type of insurance. The next is statistical evaluation. In the part “Detection of insurance fraud” are summarized current methods of detection of the insurance frauds used by insurance companies in our market. There were also analyzed insurance frauds according to perpetrator, economic sector and insurance company. In the end is presented the case study of purpose action, suggestions suitable for the fight with insurance fraud and there is also offered as another technical possibility of help not only in the fight with insurance fraud - mathematical modeling of fires.

Possibilities of Raman spectrometry application by Fire Brigade Units

Thesis is focused on the application of Raman’s spectometer Ahura First Defender in cooperation with Fire Department. Theoretical part describes principles and development of Raman spectrometry and possibilities of its application. Practical part focus on identification of unknow substances in case studies and interpretation of the results. Final part of thesis evaluates contribution of Raman spectrometry for fast indentification of unknow compounds for Fire Rescue Brigade in the Czech Republic.

Analysis of forces and means of Integrated Rescue System basic components, emergency scopes

The thesis deals with brief analysis of forces and appliances of Fire rescue service, Police and Emergency medical services. Operations concerning collaboration of IRS bodies in the emergency are also described. The author points out on fire technique, which is outdated and that need restoration. At the end of this work it is dealt with some advantages and disadvantages of using forces and appliances in present conditions including suggestions for improvement. A case study based on a true incident and involved attendance of IRS is presented in the appendix.

Financing of units of the volunteer fire brigades municipalities of the South Bohemian Region

This bachelor thesis focuses on financing of units of volunteer fire brigades in municipalities. It aims to assess whether the financing of units of volunteer fire fighters is sufficient and possibly suggests other ways to streamline the funding process. The theoretical part deals with the fire protection system and its entities that ensure protection. Furthermore it's about the financing methods of fire protection in the Czech Republic. The practical part analyzes financing of units of volunteer fire brigades in the region of South Bohemia for the period between 2010 and 2015. An analysis of previously financed years and an analysis of a specific unit of the volunteer fire brigade in a municipality helps to assess the entire system of funding and propose other possible ways of funding.

Effect of individual protestion to members of the Fire and Rescue Service of Prague in different stress situations.

Social and economical development of human society, in this case on the example of Czech republic, logicaly leads to improvement and invention of new individual protection instruments. Maximum protection in proportion to the lowest mobility limitation is the purpose. Diploma thesis explains, firstly, the basic concepts to make clear, what the issue concerns and getting better understanding for people.. It also deals with clothing comfort for firefighters. Clothing comfort can be divided into four groups and as the complex of essential for proper performance and convenience of trespassing firefighter. It is a condition where the optimal physiological functions of the body and neither clothing nor the environment does not create discomfort. Next section of diploma thesis describes the personal protective equipment to protect life and health trespassing firefighter and thereby increase its work in various special occurrences. Each unit of firefighters should be equipped with personal protection equipments, and instructed on how their use it, maintenance and periodic inspection. Another section of the theoretical part is devoted to the means of individual protection, which also protects the body of firefighter and his respiratory system. There are the types of breathing apparatus and a description of the knowledge that a firefighter must have to use the breathing apparatus to be optimized in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and do not endanger the life of the user. Term minute ventilation is there also explained. Each person has a unique minute ventilation, which is very individual and depends on the work performed. Next point is the kinds of chemical protection suits, which are used during interventions, where the environment is contaminated with hazardous substances. The work of firefighters affects also negative effects. This issue is discussed in the next chapter, which describes the negative effects caused by the occurrence itself and the negative effects caused by climatic conditions at the location. The particular hierarchy of the fire brigade described in the next section, that deals with the General Directorate of Fire Rescue, the Fire Corps Rescue of country and fire protection units and their categories. The types of hazardous substances under the Chemicals Act and in accordance with the Order of chemical services are the last point of the theoretical part. The experiment is described and evaluated in practical part of diploma thesis which was attended by seven firefighters from the firefighter station Petřiny. Firefighters had to gradually undergo a prescribed route, they passed each time using a different suit. In order to avoid skewing the results, the firefighters between attempts to allow sufficient time for stale and soothe the body. They were obtained evaluation parameters in this way that were in the part of result processed and evaluated for total and average air consumption. The values, that were obtained, were subsequently processed into tables and graphs and the results were solved by using comparison and statistical methods. Conclusion of the work is devoted to the evaluation of the optimal protection of the firefighters, proposing measures for improvement and verification of the hypothesis that the performance of member of Prague rescue service is limited by individual protective means in extreme climatic conditions and load performance.
