The diploma thesis deals with the education of employees in a company called ADLER Czech, a. s., that is successful czech company. The key for thriving business is to have well educated employees. The aim of diploma thesis is to describe the system of education and the training methods, evaluate the whole process and bring some suggestions that will increase the efficiency of the education in this company. Theoretical part focuses on the importance of education, the point of learning and the specific methods and forms of education. The practical part presents current education system in ADLER Czech, a. s. This is based on the obtained results of questionnaire survey. The conclusion of diploma thesis summarizes all information about the education system and brings the efficient suggestions that will improve the current level of education in ADLER Czech, a. s.
Ethics education at primary school

This work deals with the description of complementary educational field Ethics education at primary schools. The theoretical part concentrates on the basic terms and it also characterizes the subject of Ethics education, its content, aims and methods. It mentions necessary education for teachers and gives reasons to implement this subject to school education. It describes selected conceptions, too. In the summary, it focuses on current state of this subject at primary schools. The practical part presents the research of the implementation of ethics education and the real contemporary state of education of this subject at schools. It comments on results of the questionnaire among teachers and it analyses the obtained information.
The readiness of nurses to provide specific nursing care the Department of Neurosurgery

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the preparedness of nurses for the provision of specific nursing care at a neurosurgical ward, and the thesis aims to ascertain whether the nurses who have just completed their studies are prepared for the work at one of specialized wards, namely at neurosurgery. The thesis consists of a theoretical and research part. The theoretical part is focused on the basic anatomy and physiology of the neurological system, the most frequent examination methods and the care before and after a surgery. It also focuses on neurosurgical diseases and the associated nursing care. The last fifth subchapter of the theoretical part addresses the education of nurses. The research part enlightens this issue as viewed by the students studying the branch ?General Nurse? at the Faculty of Health and Social Studies of the University of South Bohemia (ZSF JU) in České Budějovice and as viewed by the nurses working at the neurosurgical ward in Nemocnice České Budějovice a.s. (Hospital of České Budějovice) and the Central Military Hospital in Prague. The first objective of the thesis was to ascertain the knowledge of students of the branch ?General Nurse? concerning the provision of specific nursing care at a neurosurgical ward, and for this purpose we have raised the following hypotheses: 1. The students of ZSF JU possess knowledge of the provision of specific nursing care at a neurosurgical ward. 2. The students are able to communicate with the patients who underwent a brain surgery. The second objective of the thesis was to ascertain any differences in the preparedness of nurses for the provision of specific nursing care at selected neurosurgical wards or clinics, and the following research questions were raised for better orientation: 1. How does the process of induction training of nurses at a neurosurgical ward look like? 2. How does the process of induction training of nurses at a surgical ward look like? 3. What is a difference in the induction training at a surgical and neurosurgical ward? It follows from the research that the nurses who have just completed their studies do not have sufficient information for the work at a neurosurgical ward if their highest attained education is secondary or university bachelor education. The students of ZSF JU studying the branch ?General Nurse? should have more information about this specific nursing care at a neurosurgical ward. The results of the research have been summarized in the manual for the lecturers teaching ?Nursing Care in Surgical Branches? at the Faculty of Health and Social Studies, which specifies what the students of the neurosurgical branch lack.
Methods of family planning at Romany woman

In this thesis, I addressed the issues of the Romany population, in particular family planning of Romany women. My thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and the other is practical. The first part dealt with the history of the Romany population, Romany customs, rituals, housing, family, children, etc. These phenomena were separately applied to the multicultural nursing model - a Giger-Davidhizar model. Due to globalization and population migration, I emphasized the need to use and apply the model of multicultural nursing as an integral part of nursing care. In the second part of my thesis, I carried out my research through semi-controlled interviews with five randomly selected Romany women aged between 20-40 years. Five objectives and related research questions were defined. All the objectives were met. Research question 1, whether Romany women are aware of family planning methods, was not answered definitely. Research question 2 shows that Romany women use family planning methods. Research question 3 resulted in the finding that Romany women use hormonal contraceptives in family planning. Research question 4 explained that Romany women do not find family planning important. The respondents replied to research question 5 ? what Romany women?s needs in primary care are ? in the sense that they do not have any specific requirements. My bachelor thesis can be used as a resource for midwives who want to learn about the problems of the Romany population and family planning, as well as for working midwives who would apply the knowledge in the field of multicultural nursing his their practice, recommend adequate contraception in primary prevention and educate Romany women on when, how and under what circumstances to start a family. The general public, especially young girls, who begin their sexual life, will find here an overview of all available and used methods of contraception.
The ethic in works of T.G.Masaryk

Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk was an influential person of the modern history. Today, people know him more as a president of the Czechoslovak Republic. However, T. G. Masaryk was not only a politician, but also a philosopher with strong moral principles. The aim of my work was to bring some of T. G. Masaryk?s books back to life, and focus on the ethical principles that are included in his work. I consider T. G. Masaryk?s intellectual heritage to be still valid. I focused on particular essays that T. G. Masaryk wrote and choose his most important ethical thoughts within there texts through a precise analysis. I choose his books ?Ideály humanitní?, ?Sebevražda hromadným jevem společenské osvěty?, ?O škole a vzdělání? and the lecture ?O ženě? as the basis of my work. In the practical part of my work, I examined the knowledge of the students of the Faculty of Health and Social Studies at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice through a survey. I set three hypotheses for this inquiry. The results of my research show that students know biographical facts about T. G. Masaryk well, they make mistakes in the identification of his books, have only partial knowledge of his life philosophy and that none of the students has ever read any of his books.

It occupies by socialization, social environment and culture of some social and ethnic groups. Inspected groups are Vietnam ethnicity, Gipsy ethnicity and social environment in a Children´s Home. Intention is describe where and how the social environment and culture can influence the relation between school and education.
Using Art Play for Deepening Selected Themes in the VYTAX Youth Programme

The main focus of this master?s thesis is to bring forward and describe the scope of options of how, with the help of fine arts and implementation of experiential pedagogy, young people are creatively aided in processing and grasping variety of topics of the motivational educational program VYTAX, that has as its primary goal to stimulate youth to active involvement in the church. In the theoretical section of this work, the author has attempted to explain the terms relevant to the program itself as they relate to the church and subsequently to clarify the basic ideological direction of the given program in the context of today?s postmodern era. The author places emphasis not only on the program and techniques, but most of all on the pivotal value and impact of quality pedagogical leadership of given collective of young people. In the practical section, the author proposes concrete treatment of 10 topics of the VYTAX program. The scope of topics regarded range from themes of personal spirituality to subjects that not only apply to integration to the church community, but also describe the course of implementation of motivational appeals that will lead participants to an active, creative integration into the church family.
Education and training in ancient times - a reference today

My thesis discusses the manner of upbringing and education in antiquity compared to current upbringing and education. First, we learn about education in two city-states Sparta and Athens. We compare their differences and then move on to one of the most significant figures of the then philosophy - Socrates. I included a brief introduction to his life but his philosophical and educational activities and ideas are much more important and affect our lives even at present. The thesis is concluded with a comparison of Socrates, Plato and Aristotle views of the then upbringing and education with today?s views. The major objective of my thesis is to find a sort of legacy left for the present, be it either a method or an idea that could be used nowadays to aid upbringing and education.
Requirements for manager development in the current human resources management

The aim of my bachelor{\crq}s work was to define manager development requirements in an engineering company. I consider such topic as essential. Managers play a significant role in any firm, company, etc. They contribute to company achievements and prosperity by their own efforts and because they not only make employees put their best skills and efforts to give their best performance, but they themselves put in their best skills and efforts as well. The managers are responsible for obtaining the results demanded. In order to gain needed information, the selected group of managers were submitted a questionnaire survey whose questions and enquiries concerned basic information about the managers (age, education, period spent in a managing post), education itself (the most important areas of education, assessment of educational activities, etc.) as well the assessment and evaluation of their working environment, manager{\crq}s traits of character or motivation of the employees. The surveyed company has developed a well functional personnel department ensuring trainings for all the company employees. As positive finding, I consider the fact that the managers in general find further education as beneficial and important, even though the majority has gained rich experience drawn from years of work practice. At the same time however, not all of the managers would be willing to devote their time to further, several-year education, which is more or less the consequence of the higher age structure of the manager sphere. I found out that the company dealt with foreign customers and clients a lot, with German speaking companies in particular and on the base of the answers provided in the questionnaire I would suggest regular language courses tailored for some of the managers. Unfortunately, language courses in general are now considered as benefits and perks being limited in most companies. On the other hand, I have to admit that the employees dealing with foreign companies on regular basis prove their language skills on a high, professional level. Most of the examined managers consider expert knowledge as the most essential. However, I would recommend them to pay more attention to working relationships among the employees working in teams as well as to focus on sufficient motivation of their inferiors. In conclusion, I would like to point out that the education of the managers in the surveyed company is on a high professional level and that the further development of each manager is his or her own personal development, as no company cannot be responsible for further development of its employees.

The main part is developed job training, to contribute to the achievement of the objectives and requirements of insurance.
