Cost optimization of construction

This thesis will address optimization of price of construction work, which is the renewal and modernization of a building in Karvina - mainly facades. From a price optimization programs will be used BuildPower from RTS and KROSplus from URS. As input materials will be used an itemized budget and the income statement from a specific building supply company.

Profit and Loss Account from the Perspective of Hospitals

The aim of this thesis is to carry out an analysis of economic results of Nemocnice Jindřichův Hradec, a. s. and Nemocnice Pelhřimov, p. o. For purposes of the analysis, a choice of value and bankruptcy models along with debt ratios for the period 2009 - 2013 is used. As a part of the analysis, suitable models and indicators are suggested to determine the effectiveness of the hospitals' management. Furthermore, differences of finding economic results of hospitals of different legal forms are evaluated. On this basis, a draft list of entries appearing in the profit and loss of a joint stock company and a contributory organization is compiled. The conclusion of the thesis contains an evaluation of the models, debt ratios, a choice of appropriate indicators, and suggestions for the applicability of the models in the hospital environment.

Finanční analýza obce jako nástroj efektivního finančního řízení

Korduliaková, L., Financial analysis of the municipality as a tool of effective finan-cial management. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2015. This bachelor thesis deals with preparation of the financial analysis in the terms of municipality. First part of the bachelor thesis consists of definition accounting system and financial system, especially accounting and financial statements, which are necessary to preparation of the analysis. This part also describes financial indicators, which are adapted for municipality. Particular part deals with evaluation of financial performance in the selected municipality of Slovak republic -- Staškov on the basis of preparation of the financial analysis, which consists of chronological analysis stages. Attention is also paid to the preparation of the pyramid model as an analysis of causes, which examines the impact of particular financial indicators on the financial situation in municipality.

Účetní závěrka dle IFRS a české účetní úpravy

Subject of this bachelor thesis "Annnual financial statement according to IFRS and czech financial reporting standards" is a comparation of both systems. Theoretical part defines financial statement and its properities. Practical part defines differences between Czech and International Financial Reporting Standards via practical application on specific examples. Subsequently there is specified balance sheet and income statement according to both Czech and International Financial Reporting Standards. Conclusion of the bachelor thesis is done by evaluation of company efficiency via ratio indicators of financial analysis.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is analysis and evaluation of the financial situation of VAKABRNO s.r.o. during investigated period from 2008 to 2012. Thesis is divided into three parts. The first, theoretical research explains basics of financial analysis, users, sources and methods. Practical part provides analysis of the company by the methods from theoretical research and explains financial situation based on financial statements. The last part of this thesis includes summary of the financial analysis and suggestions for improvement.

Finanční analýza vinařského podniku

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is a review of the financial situation of the company Znovín Znojmo, a.s. using chosen tools of the financial analysis and the assesment of the results on the base of the analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on defining a concept of agribusiness and specification of tools which are used in the financial analysis. The practical part of the thesis contains a definition of wine regions in the Czech Republic and a progress of the grapevine, it also describes the company Znovín Znojmo, a.s. and use of chosen methods of the financial analysis for the financial situation evaluation of the company. An assessment and a discussion about particular results of the financial analysis are presented in the final part of the thesis, in addition there are also presented proposition and provision of possible steps to improve the efficiency of the company in requirements of current agribusiness.

Tax and accounting aspects of the final accounts in the selected entity

The aim of this work is to describe the comprehensive procedure of drawing up the final accounts in relation to the internal regulations of the selected company. The theoretical part deals with the general characteristic of the final accounts including their compiling principles. The practical part analyzes the preparatory works and the closure of the accounting period. This part of work deals with the compiling the final accounts, too. The aim of the analytical part is to assess the accounting and tax aspects in relation to the compiling the final accounts in the selected company.
