Abstract The topic of this thesis is the project of a family house in Olomouc. The house is partially included with the cellar, with the ground floor, the second floor and includes living spaces. The part of the building is also the driveway to the garage, stairs outside and the garage situated on the ground floor of the living part of the house. The ground plan of the house has the indented form, which is roofed partially with the shed roof and partially with the terrace, which works as a flat walkable roof. The house will be situated on the flat terrain. The entrance into the house is located in the east. The building project was solved in the POROTHERM construction system.
Detached house with beer-shop  in Velké Opatovice

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the processing of project documentation for construction of free-storey, semi-basement, detached house with a beer-shop in Velke Opatovice. The building is designed in a slightly sloping terrain. The beer-shop is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance separate from the residential part. The residential part is made of the boiler room and cellars in the basement, garage, bike storage and drying room on the ground floor, a larger residential unit on the second floor and the attic flat on the third floor in the premises of the saddle roof.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to develop design documents for a building construction. This project deals with a new building of family house in Česká Jablonná. The new building is intended for four family members for year round occupancy. This building is without a basement and has two ground floors. The building is made of ceramics brig blocks HELUZ and the roof is gabled. The building is situated on gently sloping terrain.

It is a newly built, detached 2 storey family house with a basement and a terrace. The external walls of the property consists of ceramic shaped bricks. The house is located on a slope oriented towards the south-west. In the basement is a separate apartment which can be used as accommodation for tourists. On this floor there is also a garage and technical facilities. The first and second floor of the property is used for residential purposes. The building is covered with a gable roof with two dormer-windows.
Timber Detached House

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to design a detached house with a garage. The building is solved as a frame construction. The detached house is roofed partly by a flat roof and partly by a hounch roof. When designing the object the accent of its funcionality was emhasized and the proposition of the energetically economic object.
The new family house with hairdresser´s in Svitavy

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the new family house with hairdresser´s in the Gorkého street in Svitavy. The house is located on flat land in the built-up area on the outskirts of the town. The building does not have a basement and has one floor and the attic. In the first floor there is a hairdresser´s, garage and entrance to the living area, in the attic there is designed four-room apartment. The building is made of constructional system Porotherm, the roof of the building is gabled with a dormer window in the living room. The facade is designed with an external thermal insulation composite system. Drawings are processed in ArchiCAD 14.
Pension in Píšť

The subject of my thesis is the design of new pension in the Píšť The property adjoins the second object with the wellness facilities (not the subject of my thesis). Pension has five housing units for temporary accommodation and a residential unit owner. Property is partially basement with two floors covered with a gable roof hip. The roof is fitted with skylights. The structural system consists of a basement formwork, in the above-ground part of the building brick of Porotherm. Pension proposal respects local plan piston and existing street buildings. Further emphasis on layout design including barrier-free access, security design for the static, architectural, energy savings and safety in use of the building.

The project is working on a complete documentationon of family house with attic at the documentation for a building construction. The family house is designed for four family members. Built-up area is 185,3m. Roof is gabled with skylight. The house is lined with ceramic bricks Heluz. The proposal places emphasis on the static solution, building layout, fire safety, energy saving and safety in use. Dawings have been processed in software for design – Nemetschek Allplan.

Bachelor’s thesis called House with an establishment is done as a documentation for building construction. By the establishment is meant office area which is connected to the house functionally. The object is situated in city of Štípa in new build-up area. House plan is not regular. It has two floors above ground and irregular shape. The saddle roof has skylights with different slope angles (26 or 18 degrees). On the west side of the object there are large terraces. Construction solution is systematic, Porotherm. The baseplate construction is made of concrete.

The main purpose of my thesis is to design detached family house and make the project documentation for implementation of its construction. This house should be able to accommodate family composed by 4-5 members. It is situated on the outskirts of the Karolinka town, district Vsetín. The house has two above ground floors and one underground floor. The second above ground floor is referred to as an attic room. It also has a basement all over its scale. The construction system of the house is a transverse, building itself is masonry and its roof is gabled made from wooden roof trusses. The family house includes a detached garage designed for two cars of 1a group.
