Rural tourism of selected regions in the South Bohemia

I describe a rural tourism in Soběslav and Veselí region in this diploma work. A reason why I chose this subject matter of the diploma work was an understanding and analysis of present rural tourism in these regions. I think that this form of tourism is not preferred and developed in this destination. But this destination has good conditions for a developing of the rural tourism, which is popular between tourists. I made the analysis of the rural tourism and itś developing in this work. I tried to uncover itś problems and perspectives. A goal of this work was a presenting of these regions as a popular destination of many czech and foreign tourists. I have an opinion that suggestions in this work can give advice to businessmen in the rural tourism, how they can attract touristś attention and which places are the most interesting. Other goal of this work was suggesting of effectual steps, which help to improve promotion of the rural tourism in these regions.

Current situation and development potential of agritourism in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis examines suitability of the Czech Republic in terms of agritourism development. The theoretical part defines key terms, provides an overview of the current situation in tourism in general and its probable future development, specifies rural tourism and products that belong there. The practical part analyses Czech countryside potential and other factors which influence agritourism development either positively or negatively. The conlusion summarizes agritourism supply in Austria and compares both countries from the point of view of their potential and offer of services.

Business plan of a chosen agrotourism farm

The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to analyse market conditions and compile a complete documentation of the business plan for a concrete agrotourism farm in South Bohemia according to current trends in rural tourism and agrotourism. The theoretical part defines the terms rural tourism, agrotourism, business plan and describes individual sections of the plan. The part Trhosvinensko - rural tourism destination analyses conditions of this area for development of rural tourism. The business plan is created in the practical part and contains description of the agrotourism farm, consumer demand analysis conducted by questionnare, competitive analysis, marketing strategy and financial plan with a calculation of economic efficiency.

Development of ecoagrotourism within the select region (the region of Benešov)

The analysis of the present level of the ecoagrotourism development in the region of Benešov. In this work the potency of the tourist trade in connection with this region is characterized and some farms are closely introduced. According to the questionnaire research the situation on the ecological farms has been analysed and the community interest in the rural tourism, ecoagrotourism, has been studied.

Unused Tourism Potential of Standard Rural Regions

The aim of this diploma work was, on the basis of the performed analysis and the field investigation, to characterize the tourist trade developement in the rural microregion "Association of the villages bellow the mountain" and subsequently work up several suggestions, which would use the microregion priorities, so as that they would correspond bestly to wishes, requirements and needs of the selected groups of visitors. In Choustník region the rural tourism is only at its beginnings. At the end of the diploma work, it can be stated, that from the point of attendance, the above mentioned microregion pertains rather to substandard. The results of this state can be seen in the inconvenient infra-structure of the tourist trade, which in the negative way influences the attendance and also the average stay length of the tourist in microregion, further in the insufficient and badly co-ordinated publicity of the sights in the tourist trade market and in the inadequate offer of the thematicly directed tourist trade products.

The eco-tourism activities of in horses interested tourists

The main intention of this bacalor`s work is to compare ecoturism activities of hippoturism participators. As well as to review the position of hippotourists on ecoturistic activities in terms of quality and quantity. The horse riding tourism is a form of tourist trade, where the horse riding tours are the motivation for the participators. Horse riding tourism, hippotourism, can be compared to other forms of tourism and can offer almost the ideal opportunity how to use your leisure time , being in the nature(outdoors), being closely related to animals and as well as taking care of nature environment.

Informační průvodce po hipostezkách v Pošumaví

Cílem bakalářské práce je představit hipoturistiku jako netradiční formu trávení volného času a zjistit, z jaké míry je uplatňována v oblasti Pošumaví a jaké dopady má na rozvoj cestovního ruchu v daném regionu. Plzeňský kraj představuje skrytý potenciál pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu a impulsem k nastartování může být právě hipoturistika, jelikož se jedná o jedinečný způsob, který spojuje pobyt v přírodě, poznání a budování vztahu ke zvířatům i k životnímu prostředí a již nyní přitahuje stále více pozornosti turistů. Součástí práce je vytvoření Informačního průvodce po hipostezkách v Pošumaví se zákresem tras a výletních okruhů do map.
