Organizational Culture and its Influence on Effectiveness of the Work
Dostálová, Marta ; Stach, Martin (referee) ; Pokorný, Jiří (advisor)
My diplomation these is about the coulture of company, about a influence this one on the effectivity of work and the way of the expansion. The force of my diplomation these is in exact specification of firm culture and their elements. It consists of analysis, strategy and procedures, which is needed to make an suggestions leading to expansion of the company and to profess growth of their employers.
Controlled source of pulsed electric field
Burian, Josef ; Kubánek, David (referee) ; Koton, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of this master thesis is to design a power source for generating pulsed electric field for the needs of the technological process of electroporation of fruit musts and mashes. To design further the network of switched capacitors and inductors based on the required pulse and to design and implement the basic control unit together with the switching transistors. The thesis will include calculations and simulations used in the draft, also design solutions and measured values. This thesis is divided into several basic parts. In the first part there is discussed in detail the theoretical knowledge of electroporation and the desired characteristics of generated pulses are chosen according to this knowledge. Each part of electroporation workplace is described in the second part of this thesis, beginning from the source through the control system to the electrode chamber. For each of these parts are given different possible alternatives. In the next chapter is already proceeded to the design of the source. There are listed required parameters of the pulses and according to them calculations and the design are gradually carried out. Another chapter deals with the simulations, which are used to verify the calculated values and conditions in the electroporated sample. Last but one part discusses the mechanical design of the workplace. There are described all problems of the construction and commissioning of the product. The last section is dedicated to the workplace measurement and analysis of the measured results.
A static power source control and monitoring via Ethernet
Rücker, Jan ; Šlezingr, Jan (referee) ; Drápela, Jiří (advisor)
This project deals with design and implementation of management and monitoring of static power source via ethernet. Description of individual objects and instalations which are located in static power source. Design and implementation of a system for access control of individual users.
Proposal for heating of family house
Pavlíček, Michal ; Špiláček, Michal (referee) ; Hrnčířová, Michaela (advisor)
Family houses heating, depending on economic factors, is currently highly discussed topic. My work evaluates the possibility of heating such houses. The technical possibilities of model building and design of optimal heating sources are taken into account. The link of investment requirements and their return is also observed.
Determination of sound source orientation from multichannel audiosignal
Sumtsov, Artem ; Ripel, Tomáš (referee) ; Krejsa, Jiří (advisor)
The goal of this thesis was a research on appropriate methods of determination of sound source orientation and consequently its processing. This thesis describes subsequently four methonds of determination of signal delays between different channels. Each of these methods is evaluated with respect to suitability, usability, error rate and sensibility. In the next part the geometrical model for determination of the sound source orientation is described. Experimental solutions are processed for the situation with three microphones. Calculations are done in Matlab.
Construction Project Organization
Nosiadek, Pavel ; Pól, Zdeněk (referee) ; Waldhans, Miloš (advisor)
The object of this thesis is construction project organization. The teoretical part of this thesis is conducted to explain basic concepts of project management. The practical part deals with project management of a construction which is financed from public sources. It concentrates on individual steps to finish the project successfuly. The issue is showed on a real project, where the municipality is an investor. It solves a two-stage reconstruction of a basic school to a care home.
Physical measure by the mobile phone
MATYS, Jaroslav
This diploma thesis topic "Physical measure by the mobile phone" deals in theoretical part with term BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) and lesson 1:1, where is solving motivation of integrating devices into the lessons, what are the advantages and disadvatages of this problems and also what are the worries that pedagogues could have. Then thesis deals with equipment of mobile phones, principle of sensors functioning and in the end deals with searches of application for physical measuring by the mobile phones sensors, actual to the date of the writing this thesis. In the practical part thesis deals with comparison of values from aplication to the laboratory equipment. In the end deals with proposals of lessons activities with mobile applications.
International trade in European eel (Anguilla anguilla) and CITES
ZIKMUNDOVÁ, Ivona
In the Czech Republic, the eel (Anguilla anguilla), was an abundant species for a longtime. Nowadays the eel is threatened species due to the excessive fishing and the loss of migration routes. The individuals from the wild nature belong to one of the main sources of the trade in spite of the fact that the eel is registered on the list of CITES; Appendix II including species which are not instantly threated with extinction (33 % of 309 trades in 5 years). The number and the volume of trades was assessed based on data from CITES. Before including the eel on the CITES list, the registered individuals represented the most significant source of the majority of all trades (55 %). Registered individuals were followed by eels from the wild nature. The biggest part of trades was made by meat (38 %) which is very popular in spite of the high fat content. Living individuals, eel bodies, small leather goods and eel leather were traded also very well. Among the main purposes of the trade belong the commercial market (94 %), scientific and medical purpose as well as the captive breeding. The traded eel came mostly from France (21 % of trades), Korea, Great Britain and Morocco. For 20 % of trades the country of origin was unknown. The most exporting countries were: China (32 %), Mexico, Greece, Morocco and Denmark. Targets export markets were especially in USA (15 %), Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and Canada.
Trade in Malagasy and subsaharan tortoises protected by CITES
KUNCLOVÁ, Kateřina
The excessive collection and destruction of their natural biotope are the dominant cause of decrease in free nature occurance, therefore the majority of tortoises were classified in the CITES convention. This theses evalued the trade with madagascan and sub-Saharan tortoises from the Testudinidae family between years 1978 and 2012. The CITES Trade databasis was the main sources of datas. The most imported species were Stigmochelys pardalis, Testudo graeca and Kinixys homeana. These species were the most imported for comercial purposes and as specimens bred in captivity. The most exported species were Stigmochelys pardalis, Testudo graeca and Kinixys homeana again for the comercial purposes and as specimens bred in captivity.
International trade in species of the family Crocodylidae
VEJBOROVÁ, Tereza
This thesis is focused on the evaluation of an international trade with species of Crocodylidae family. The main data source was CITES trade database, in which there are registered all the trades with required species. Based on data analysis it was identified the course of commerce with all the commodities between 1993 and 2012. The most frequently marketed species are these four crocodiles: Crocodylus niloticus, porosus, siamensis a novaeguineae. For these species were observed total net import, gross export, the number of trades per year, share of countries participated on import and export, the purpose of the trade and the source of traded commodities. At the rest of the species the less marketed ones summary tables of import and gross export were created. From the analysis was found out that the most of monitored species come from the farm breeding, which are specialised inleather and meat production. The third significant commodity is leather products. From charts can be noticed the growth of leather and skin production for Nile crocodile and of live specimens export for Siamese crocodile. For the next two in detail analysed species there was no production growth noted.
