Marriage, his problems and economic consequences in practice, in relation to the recodification of Private Law

Thesis, which is mainly based on New Civil Code, discusses marriage and its issues. It is also compared to previous version of the law where important. Theoretical part is split into four main chapters. First chapter focuses on institution of marriage itself including development of marriage and importance of relations between spouses. The second chapter talks about marital property of spouses, its content, modification and management. Specific problems of marriage are discussed in the third chapter while last chapter deals with end of marriage termination of marriage and its settlement of the marital property. In the practical part have been researched the problems of marriage (the most common kinds of problems and theirs reasons) and reasons for termination of marriage with the survey. Outcome of this survey has been statistically evaluated. Found information are shown in the final part of practical thesis as well as confirmed hypotheses regarding matter. Propositions are made for dealing with marriage issues and termination of marriage based on findings.

The topic of my Bachelor thesis is divorce and its circumstances. The first part is focused on marrige. Divorce itself is described in the second part. There are describes possible procedures and types of divorce proceedings. The other part deals with property relations of married couples and subsequent settlement relating to children.

The Master´s Thesis deals with the common property of spouses. The work aims to present a comprehensive overview of the legal regulation of common property of spouses and focus on changes in new Civil Code, which takes effect in January 2014. The second objective of this work is to apply theoretical findings on concrete examples of judgement. The work is divided into two basic parts; theoretical and practical. Theoretical part consists of historical development and current legal regulation of common property of spouses. Practical part contains several practical cases of judgement.

The main topic of my bachelor thesis is divorce and its circumstances. I have devided it in two parts, such as theoretical and practical parts. In the first theoretical part I describe meaning of marriage, divorce, major reasons of divorces and theirs consequences. In the second practical part I am focusing on particular case of divorce in which I will compare foundations documented in the theoretical part with the reality. The main aim of this work is to realise wheter is there any resemblance between the concrete case and theory and if the divorce of parents affected their childrens.

The main objective of this work is to answer the question of how divorce affects our society, namely children.

The Master's Thesis deals with the common property of spouses according to both current legal regulation, and secondly future legal regulation of the Czech Republic. The main objective of this Master's Thesis is to present a comprehensive and coherent overview of the current legal regulation of common property of spouses and to compare the present situation with the regulation in new Civil Code, which takes effect in January 2014. The Master's Thesis contains three parts; first part contains the historical development, second part provides a summary of current legal regulation and the last part focuses on the comparison of the current and future legislation.
