Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Firm and Proposals to its Improvement

The thesis focuses on a complete evaluation of the financial situation of a selected company. It is especially an application of the most popular methods used by financial analysis. The so-called elementary methods which are primarily ratio, differential and total indicators play a key role there. First part of the work is devoted to theoretical foundations, on which the financial situation leans; the second part is focused on a practical use of theoretical knowledge. In the conclusion of this work I am pointing out both positive and especially negative aspects of the financial management of the company, which the company should avoid in next years.

The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the financial situation of NEKR SERVIS s.r.o. company for the years 2003- 2006 through the use of selected methods of financial anylysis. In addition to the financial analysis also a SWOT analysis was undertaken to illustrate the strengths, weaknesses, shortcomings and opportunities of the company. Finally this thesis suggests possible solutions for the improvement of the financial situation of this company in the coming years.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate a financial situation of company Drutěva, co-operative society and to recommend possibilities of a future improvement. The evaluation of the financial situation will be presented by financial analysis for the period from 2009 to 2013. In the thesis will be used methods of the financial analysis and its index numbers. The first part explains importance and content of the financial analysis and also describes selected methods of this analysis. Then there are used those methods to find out the situation of the co-operative society. The conclusion of the thesis contains summary of the financial analysis, evaluation of the situation of the company and also recommendations for the future advancement of Drutěva.

Financial Analysis of PFT, Ltd

The financial situation of limited company PFT is evaluated in the period 2008 to 2013 through techniques of financial analysis. Then the resulting values are compared with the recommended values, sector averages and values of selected competing companies with limited liability. Multivariate methods of intercompany comparison are applied for a more comprehensive assessment of financial management. The conclusion is focused on summarizing the results, identifying strengths and weaknesses and proposing appropriate measures.

The charge of this diploma thesis is evaluation of performance of company POEX Velké Meziříčí, a.s.. The financial situation of company will be investigated by dif-ferential and ratio indicators. Subsequently, with help of bankruptcy and credibil-ity models will be verifying results of indicators. The benefit for owners will be examined with economic value added, which is modified for Czech republic condi-tions. A similar structure calculation will be used for evaluation of competition companies. Data of company POEX Velké Meziříčí, a.s. will be compared with com-petitors and industry. The results will help to identify financial weaknesses of company POEX Velké Meziříčí, a.s.. Conclusion of diploma thesis will be devoted to suggestions and recommendations, which will improve the financial situation of company POEX Velké Meziříčí, a.s..

The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is to measures to improve financial situation of the company ELMART s.r.o. on provided accounting statements for the accounting period 2008-2012 by using selected methods of financial analysis. To assess the future indicators of are used including absolute, differential and ratio. To predict future developments bankruptcy and credibility models will be implemented. The thesis is divided in multiple parts including a theoretical part and practi-cal part. The theoretical part reports interpretation about financial analysis and the practical part makes calculations of used indicators including suggestions and recommendations. Conclusions are suggested measures to improve financial situation and conclusion explained.

The aim of this work is to evaluate the financial situation on the basis of financial analysis. Financial analysis are based on a finantial ratios for the years 2009 to 2013. The work is divided into two parts. The first section contains the theoretical basis and assumptions for the practical part. The second part is practical, where horizontal and vertical analysis is carried out and indicators of financial analysis calculated. Through various indicators of financial analysis was evaluated the financial position of the company and estimated anticipated development. Based on the results of the financial analysis are also identified problem areas of the finantial management of the company. In the last chapter are defined appropiate proposals and measures that should lead to improvement of financial situation.

The main aim of bachelor thesis Financial analysis of the König-Porzellan Sokolov Ltd. is to assess the financial situation of this company. The work looks at the development of the company's management during 2007 - 2012. The effort will be given to the decisions-making steps from the position of the owner in which direction to follow now. The main focus of the work is divided into three basic parts, namely the theoretical part, practical part and conclusion. The theoretical section explains the various calculations of the indicators, analyzes and methods. In the practical part are described results of the analysis, including as a key elements in this work absolute indicators, optimizing financial structure, economic standard ratios, decay current liquidity, DuPont analysis, differential indicators, value and bankruptcy models and inter-company comparisons. The final section will summarize key positive and negative results of the analysis, personal opinions and advice for improvements for the future continuation on the market.
