The Mapping Survey of the Church in Ivančice

The aim of the diploma thesis is the creation building drawings of the Church in Ivančice. The first part is devoted to description of locality and measuring. The following part of the thesis deals with calculations of measured data and the accuracy testing those data. The final part of the thesis describes creation graphic outputs. The resulting building documentation consist of drawings of ground plans, vertical sections and thematical map, which will be submitted to the National Heritage Institute.

Investment efficiency of a home for the elderly in Ivančice

The subject of the diploma thesis is the assessment of the investment efficiency of a new retirement home in Ivančice. For this purpose were analyzed the input data of the local real estate market, the costs of construction of the building and all factors influencing their amount were determined. In next step were determined incomes from renting of bed rooms. Alternatively, the original layout of the building was redesigned into an apartment building. Units – flats and non-residential premises were created on the individual floors. Similarly, for the apartment building variant were determined construction costs and subsequently the income approach value was determined in the case of renting individual apartments and non-residential premises. In the next step was determined total market value of the building using the sum of market values of each apartments and non-residential premises. In the final evaluation, all assessed variants were compared and their investment efficiency was determined.

Front-pages and illustrations of the sixfold Bible of Kralice The Bachelor thesis will be aimed at the illustrations of the sixfold Bible of Kralice published gradually from 1579 to 1596. First of all, the Ivančice and Kralice printing house will be introduced. Its origin and activities will be dealt with. Afterwards, it will be necessary to explain the printing technology which was used by the printers of Ivančice and Kralice in their publications. The thesis will also talk about the printers of the house and their sources of inspiration. Eventually, if the printers' works are identical with these sources they will be compared. The main part of the thesis will be especially focused on iconographic description of the front-pages in particular parts of the Bible. The thesis will also mention Jiří Melantrich's printing house which printed Bibles approximately in the same time as Ivančice and Kralice printing house. The printer will be briefly introduced and so will his published Bible. The end of the chapter will focus on the comparison of the Ivančice and Kralice printing house with Melantrich's printing house. Moravske Branice - Oslavany Track Speed Increase

The bachelor's thesis deals with the increase of a track speed in the section Moravske Branice – Oslavany. The thesis attempts to obtain a speed increase by modifying the existing geometric parameters of the track in the scope of the regular maintenance, in some cases even more thorough, yet still not that costly. The assessment of geometric parameters of the track is done according to the standard CSN 73 6360-1. It is also assessed whether the individual railway crossings meet the conditions for the track speed increase. Part of the thesis is also the design of speed for vehicles with a permitted cant deficiency of 130 mm.

Výskyt starobylých výmladkových lesů na Ivančicku

Abstract The aim of this thesis was to find around a town Ivančice localities of ancient coppice forests.Then characterize natural conditions and evaluate presence and state of signs of ancient coppice forests which are both natural and culturally historical elements. Found localities were then registered on a map data and were connected to program ArcMap, where a map with localities of ancienit coppice forests was created. The map data were growth maps LHC Ivančice with scale 1:10 000. The result of this thesis is the map of the localities in a scale of 1:50 000 and sub-maps of the localities in a scale of 1:10 000. It also includes PESTE analysis of external environment and strategies for higher economic incomes based on the SWOT analysis. Literary research focuses on the most important theoretical contexts.

Diploma thesis is focused on the function of the small town Ivančice as a center of a rural micro-region. In my work, I evaluate the literature on problems of small towns and rural areas. Then I describe demographic and environmental characteristics of the area. Based on my own research and questionnaire survey, I present the development potential of the microregion Ivančice.
