Co-operation nurses and doctors within intensive care

Jako téma bakalářské práce jsme zvolili problematiku spolupráce sester a lékařů na jednotce intenzivní péče. Práce ve zdravotnictví není práce pro jednotlivce. Jedná se o týmovou spolupráci, kde kaţdý člen týmu má svoje povinnosti, ale také práva a pravomoci. Sestry chtějí, aby byli v péči o klienty rovnocennými partnery, coţ se zatím na mnoha místech nedaří. Pro většinu lékařů je sestra stále ještě pomocnice, která pouze vykonává lékařské ordinace a její vlastní práce je povaţována za podřadnou a nedůleţitou. Toto téma jsem si vybrala také z osobních důvodů, protoţe na pracovišti, kde pracuji, se bohuţel setkávám se stejným postojem lékařů, o kterém jsem se zmiňovala výše. Pro sběr dat byla zvolena technika dotazníku. Byly vypracovány dotazníky jednak pro sestry a také pro lékaře, aby měly moţnost se vyjádřit obě strany. Dotazník pro sestry obsahoval 25 poloţek. Pro lékaře byl vytvořen podobný dotazník, který obsahoval 19 poloţek. Dotazníky byly pro obě skupiny respondentů dobrovolné a anonymní. Výzkum probíhal v Nemocnici Na Homolce na jednotkách intenzivní péče s chirurgickým zaměřením. Byly zvoleny 3 hypotézy. První z nich byla, ţe lékaři a sestry na JIP spolupracují. K této hypotéze se vztahovalo více otázek z dotazníku. Jednalo se o různé oblasti spolupráce a hypotéza byla potvrzena. Druhá hypotéza se vztahovala ke vzdělání sester. Předpokládala jsem, ţe sestry s vysokoškolským vzděláním jsou z pohledu lékařů vnímány jako rovnocenní partneři. Tato hypotéza byla zamítnuta. Zjistila jsem, ţe pro lékaře není rozhodujícím kritériem pro spolupráci výše vzdělání, ale praktické dovednosti sestry. Třetí hypotéza se týkala kompetencí sester. Předpokládala jsem, ţe sestry na JIP provádějí výkony v rámci svých kompetencí. Tato hypotéza byla zamítnuta, protoţe 85,85 % sester souhlasí s tím, ţe lékaři vyţadují výkony, které nejsou plně v sesterských kompetencích. Druhým cílem bylo zjistit oblasti, ve kterých mohou vznikat problémy. Z šetření vyplynulo, ţe jde v podstatě o problémy ve slušném chování a to u obou skupin ? jak u sester, tak u lékařů.
Perceptions of teachers working in kindergartens

Practical part of leaving examination in field of study Autotronic in accordance with a new school education program

The bachelor´s thesis is aimed at inovation of present model of a practical part of secondary school graduation (GCSE) in an corresponding way to fulfil the current requirements of repair practice as well as the school educational programme, implementing the new tuition of Autotronic profession since 1.9.2009. The renew practical examination should be used for first time in the 2012-2013 school year, when education following the school educational programme will be taking place in the fourth graduation year.
Use of didactic and audiovisual techniques in education

ANNOTATION This thesis deals with analysis of teaching methods and it focuses on classification of teaching methods, their characteristics and their adoption with support of audio-visual and didactic technology. In the work I state different kinds of audio-visual and didactic technology and possibilities of their use at schools. I assess the audio-visual and didactic technology in terms of aims and competences for effective teaching. I also present elaboration of school educational programme for mathematics and computer technology and a few lesson plans for mathematics and physics using didactic and computer technology. Further the thesis concentrates on the possibility of use of an interactive whiteboard during teaching process and compares lessons where the interactive whiteboard is used with lessons without it. I also quote advantages and disadvantages of old and new mathematics textbooks for Grade 6 of secondary school. For a visual idea some chapters are supplemented with pictures.
Manager's competence for a company

The aim of my thesis was to propose key competences of company managers, describe and evaluate demands on managers´ competences at selected company and propose possible changes.I focused my work at those manager´s competences whose development and knowledge are necessary for high performance of key managers and which mean a marked step towards higher performance for each company. Thanks to a manager´s competence oriented approach the company gets better ability to place right employees to right positions.
Managerial competencies

The main aim of this thesis was analyse and define key managerial competencies. In addition I wanted to describe and assess the current level of these competencies in the management and on the basis of resulting facts which were obtained by way of the technique of data collection I suggested appropriate procedures. THE THESIS IS AIMED ON COMMON PRINCIPLES AND PREMISES OF FORMING SEP AND ON REALIZATION OF SEP COORDINATED WITH THE DEMANDS OF THE GENERAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME. IT ALSO DESCRIBES THE PROCESS OF CONVERSION OF GEP DEMANDS INTO THE REAL SEP PROGRAMME AND ITS CARRYING OUT IN EDUCATION. THE THESIS SUMMARIZEES THE RESULTS OF SEP AFTER ITS ESTABLISHMENT IN COMPARISON OF HITHERTO TEACHING PLAN IN THE SCHOOL. THE THESIS INTRODUCES THE POSSIBILITIES OF FURTHER USING OF SEP IN OTHER STUDYING COURSES OR OTHER SCHOOLS.
Design of career plans in the IT and projects department in Česká spořitelna a.s.

The aim of this thesis is to design career plans in the IT and projects department in Česká spořitelna a.s. The theoretical part provides basic background and methodological section describes the methods used in the practical part. The practical part begins with the introduction of Česká spořitelna a.s. and more detailed description of the IT department. The next chapter deals with the description of job positions, starting with current job descriptions and following with job descriptions, which originated from semi-standardized interview with individual managers in the IT department. Next chapter is devoted to the career pyramid, which shows seniority of job positions in the IT department from two perspectives: managerial and expertise. At the end of the practical part, there are designed three career maps for selected positions together with specific methods of developing the required competencies.
Defining of the key managerial competencies for enterprise management in the Czech republic

The thesis deals with the managerial competencies. The aim is to define and identify key competencies to carry out the functions of senior managers in the Czech republic on the basis of theoretical ground and questionnaire survey extended by personal interviews. The relationships between particular competencies are determined in this thesis and consequently, these competencies are compared with competencies of the students of The Faculty of Economics in České Budějovice. For these students, reccomendations leading to increase their competency potentional are proposed.
The role of radiographer as the paramedical staff in the health of patients in defined competencies

The topic of the thesis is "The role of a radiology assistant as a paramedical staff in patients health care within defined competencies." The aim of this work is to summarize global information about radiological assistant competencies, as they may be executed in patient care in practice and how these competencies have increased with new Decree No. 55/2011 Coll. Another objective of this study is to compare educational programs of specialized education. Hypothesis have been formulated as follows: In the amended Decree, radiology assistant competencies have increased. The information that this work provides, primarily relate to legal standards and their comparison. Feedback to legislation has been identified in the survey. Questionnaires provided information about radiology assistants satisfaction with their competencies, qualifications, conferences benefits and educational specialization. In the discussion there are evaluated gained informations and opinions on the topic. Conclusion then summarizes all findings related to the research.
